房間設施很一般，有的插頭不能用，電水壺也是壞的，四人間有三床被子，找前台想加一床還被要求加50塊錢。多要點水也加錢，並且今天收五塊，明天收三塊，所以明顯是瞎收費。好在，經過溝通能給解決。酒店院子裏自然環境還是可以的。去吃飯不方便，路很黑，周邊荒蕪，一定要開車出去安全。

房間非常乾淨，空間足夠大，不冷不熱，床上用品非常舒服，最驚喜的是居然有一軟一硬兩個枕頭，睡得很舒服；叫外賣很方便，直接就送到房間門口；早上送機的時候有一個包忘在酒店了，老闆又都回去拿，服務態度非常非常好

酒店位於長白山西坡，是個很大的住宅院區，有別墅，有酒店，工作人員會開小車把遊客送到酒店的樓棟裏。我們住的是一個兩間套房，一家四口住正好，非常暖和。早上的早餐雖然簡單但是也足夠了，去萬達什麼的也很方便，去周邊的雪場都能打折。院區裏早上溜了灣，後面是厚厚的雪，都沒人踩，孩子在裏面玩了很久。滿意！
