For the price it's amazing. We went for the ski slopes and got to try them all in 5 days. Breakfast included was adequate. 15 minutes from Wanda and 30 minutes from luneng. If you're going to share a room and ski at Wanda every day, it would be worth staying at the slopes, otherwise stay here.

The hotel is well located, about 30 min by taxi from Baishan Changbaishan airport, 10 min walk from the West slope departure center as well as many restaurants.
It looks majestic from the outside and inside, although a bit old.
You can enjoy inside and outside hot springs of different kinds and temperatures.
There is a huge buffet with various choices for breakfast (Chinese dishes mainly, two kind of fruits and some Western options).
The room was very spacious and comfortable. The carpet floor was not very clean and the room smelled like cigarette on the first day, although we asked for a non smoking room. After leaving the window open the whole day it was better and the smell did not come back.

The accommodation looks a bit old, but it's clean and the rooms are spacious. The hotel has hot spring both outside and inside. Variety of breakfast, good taste, good service staff Very helpful especially Mr. Tenners who can speak English and provide assistance throughout our stay

리뷰가 좋아 예약하였지만 다신 안갈것같습니다
에어컨이 안나와서 프런트에서 방을 바꾸어 주었지만
너무 더워 잠을 못잘정도 였습니다
프런트 에 말하니 선풍기를 가져다 주었지만
날개와 선풍기에 몃년 묵은 먼지....
먼지가 뭉치다 못해 떡져 있어 못틀고 땀 흘리며 밤새우고
서파 올라갔네요... 하...
오래된건물이라 중앙제어 로 에어컨을 끈건지
이게 바람이 나오는거냐 묻니 에어컨 맞다고 반복...
정작 바람은 선풍기 보다 못한 습한 바람 만 나옵니다

房間設施老舊咱不先説，晚上收拾好準備睡覺呢，一看枕頭上還有血漬，然後我又看了看床單也是不乾淨，哎。第二天跟前台小姐姐反應呢，這倒好連搭理都不搭理我，辦理着退房手續，沒多説一句話。我也別發照片了，感覺故意找事一樣，但是事實確實是這樣。可能是客流量大酒店不在乎客人的反饋，感覺衞生乾淨不乾淨的不影響入住量

酒店在長白山西景區 前台接待非常熱情 酒店設施齊全 還有室內外温泉 大年三十那天 餐廳和温泉都照常營業 非常貼心👍 還要誇的是每天的早餐 非常豐富 中西結合 廚師長每天也會出現在餐廳 煮麪的阿姨還會幫忙熱湯 服務到位 第一次來長白山 攻略也沒做好 但是前台小哥耐心的解答給我們留下了深刻的印象 🌹下次來西景區還會選擇樂高美 也希望我們能有幸看到天池
