Couldn’t rate due to the last minute cancellation, was told that their had to go under renovation, hence gotten a last minute cancel 1day prior to our stay. Was left with no choice but book PULLMAN instead.

這個酒店是我找遍全酒店和民宿之後訂下來的，其他的酒店和民宿真的是看他們宣傳的圖片挺好，房間都破破爛爛的[捂臉]這個長白山萬達美華酒店一進來給人的感覺就是乾淨整潔，非常舒適，連細節都做的很到位，真的巨！幹！凈！有圖有真相，而且門口有免費停車場，停車也特別方便，超讚，這個價格值得沖[強]前台張慧鑫，司青鑫服務也很不錯

酒店乾淨整潔、有自己的温泉，馬路對面就是去長白山西坡的旅遊中心和美食街，坐車去西坡很方便，吃飯也很方便。西坡遊玩回來可以美美的泡一泡温泉消除疲勞，早餐豐富。

新開的酒店，房間設施比較新，洗澡倍舒服。酒店有自己的温泉池，水質乾淨，人少。早餐也還不錯，就是晚去了食物有點冷。特別給前台的小姐姐點贊，利索的幫我買門票，讓我們能儘快上山，看到了長白山天池的美景。

先肯定一下這家新開僅一個月的酒店的優點：服務人員都非常熱情周到；温泉共計5個泡池，較為舒適；早餐算是可以，內容比較豐富。下面來説説個人的一些看法，我提前預訂了“雙卧家庭房”，之所以預訂，是因為適合我們家庭出遊的人數且價位比較迷人，直接預訂了兩天，但是我在整個入住過程中，都沒能見到，甚至都沒能見到我所預訂的房型。辦理入住時直接被告知“您預訂的房型已經沒有了。”我疑惑既然是“預訂”，怎麼會沒有？答覆是可能系統有問題，但願意為我升級房型，我們原本以為是酒店拿出很誠懇的態度來解決問題，帶着長者孩子出來玩也都圖開心、順利，所以沒多加思考就接受了。結果辦理入住後一看，是一間打開門撲面的刺鼻裝修味、地板多處鼓大包、高低鋪沒有床墊堅硬如地面的、天花板大面積漏水痕跡的房間！我們出來玩不是來找茬的……更不想為難誰、搞臭誰……所以我連照片都沒有拍攝，衹是再次致電大堂，再次退讓一步，要求換成兩間大床房也可以……（其實按照我們預先計劃，都住在一個房間，很多行李都是混裝的，這樣變成兩個房間，無疑增加了很多麻煩……但是考慮到長者孩子的心情，我一直隱忍、微笑解決問題）總算換成了能睡覺的大床房，在電梯裏還遇到了其他更換房間的住客……我突然意識到這會不會是一種“釣魚”式的營銷手段？先用迷人的房型房價吸引訂房，到店再告知沒有房型，多數遊客會懶得折騰，接受調劑……其實長白山西景區可供選擇的酒店、房型都非常多，競爭還是挺激烈的……我們完全有更選擇……謝謝大家看到這裏，寫出這些希望大家引以為戒，如果遇到相似問題，先不要遞身份證辦理入住，先看看房型再説，以免踩坑……
