The hotel is relatively new, with a nice environment. It is very convenient to have airport pick-up and resort shuttle bus. The waiters are very enthusiastic, but their awareness of cleaning is not enough. There are a lot of drinks in the children's play area and they don't clean them up. The table is wiped on one side and not on the other. They need more training. The room has a strong decoration smell and needs to open windows for ventilation. However, for those who are out and about during the day, the hotel is still sufficient.

The location is actually good. There are free shuttle buses to all places to go. I like the ski resort included. There are fewer people staying in Huamei than Wanda. The hotel is newly opened and the decoration smells very good. We slept with the windows open at night. The room is equipped with an air purifier and humidifier. The breakfast variety is okay. I got the Tianchi ticket the night before and it was open at the same time. I was lucky, so I didn't go rafting, and I didn't have time to use the many benefits I was given.

We decided to go to the Huamei Resort to play in the snow and found this treasure hotel. We were a group of two adults and two children. The bunk beds in the room were the children's favorite configuration. The hotel design was also very good, clean and tidy. In particular, the handsome hotel staff member Yin Yongliang was attentive and answered all our questions, just like a friend, which made our trip very pleasant. The breakfast at the hotel was also great.

非常好的親子酒店，因為此行要登長白山天池，朋友推薦華美勝地瑞士酒店，但我們帶孩子，最終選擇了松果裏，主要是有帶高低床的房型和眾多親子娛樂項目和温泉權益，孩子非常喜歡，衹可惜時間有限加上園區巨大，沒有體驗完所有項目。晚上去泡了温泉，是在ClubMed酒店裡，很不錯。另外需要提醒大家的是，立秋當天晚上這裏氣温衹有15度，來時需要備好保暖衣物。

酒店性價比很高，房間有兩張1.2米的單人床和一張1.2米上下鋪，帶孩子住很寬敞。裝修都是親子風格。距離瑞士酒店、温泉有一定距離但是有擺渡車，自駕也很方便，距離篝火晚會、鹿苑、峽谷玻璃橋很近，酒店的夏季權益很多。
