This year, the guest manager Wang Bingshu helped us make a check-in reservation and upgraded the room type for free. You can see the ski resort from the guest room, which is very convenient! I received a call from the hotel before I checked in, asking if I needed to be picked up at the airport and if I had any special requirements for the room, which made me feel at ease. The room is very spacious and very friendly to skiers. It has a refrigerator and washing machine. The temperature is not particularly hot, which is very friendly to southerners. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the ski resort. If you don't want to walk, there is a shuttle bus. You need to wear clothes and go out of the building to eat breakfast at the restaurant opposite. Breakfast has hot cocoa and hot milk tea that children love, and other dishes are also good. The iron flowers in the evening are very warm. During the stay, the guest service manager Wang Bingshu answered all questions and provided a lot of help. Thank you very much. I will come again next snow season. The only small suggestion is to put a hanger in the room to hang thick clothes.

Before I arrived, Mark, an employee of the hotel, added me on WeChat, arranged an airport car to pick me up in advance, patiently and carefully checked in for me, and helped me upgrade to a family suite for free, and enthusiastically introduced the hotel's facilities and surrounding attractions to me. The room attendant cleaned the room spotlessly every day and prepared honey water and drinks for me. The waiter in the breakfast room was even more enthusiastic and thoughtful. He not only recommended local specialties to me, but also carefully asked about my taste preferences, so that I could feel the warmth of home in a foreign land. During the days in Changbai Mountain, Haolike not only provided me with a comfortable accommodation environment, but also made me feel the warmth of home and the care of my family.
