誇誇前台夏經理和這家酒店！夏經理服務熱情又細緻，不管是入住還是退房，都處理得很高效，中間有諮詢的問題，也耐心解答不敷衍，響應也及時。酒店房間衞生也乾淨，體驗特別棒！酒店風景很好看，早餐也還可以。權益沒用完這點很可惜。

王經理是本次入住中最大的驚喜，微信秒回，有問必答，超級熱情的東北小哥，每天早上還會發長白山三個坡的天氣預報和景區關閉情況。酒店雖有一定年頭但確實乾淨，後山（滑雪場）和湖邊小樹林的秋景美不勝收，有時間時一定要去逛逛。温泉和水世界因時間問題沒去，下次來一定去體驗😃

進門第一印象是服務很好，定的房間主動升級為魔法主題雙床房，和我們定的另一間魔法大床房相鄰，非常貼心，謝謝夏經理的服務！主題設計很好，魔法樓層走在走廊上，就有步入魔法森林的感受～早餐也很不錯，來萬達幾天，終於吃到一碗像樣可口的米線～整個感覺比錦華的好太多～入住還送了纜車温泉等權益，可以玩很久，酒店還有兩衹可愛的形象代言貓咪，就是全程在睡覺中～有專屬管家服務，所以入住時候碰到的問題都直接聯繫夏經理，服務非常專業，響應相當迅速，非常為客户考慮～很滿意，以後有機會會再來的！
