The waiter said that we must charge an additional 28 yuan breakfast coupon for one of our children. The Pullman resort is located 15 min car drive from the airport and 15mim from the Wanda resort, where the ski station is located. The resort is very big with many amenities. The rooms are big, clean and warm. Things I specially liked: - Breakfast buffet. Everything was really good and were many options, both chinese and western food. One of the best that I had in China. - Swimming pool. There is a big swimming pool and a small one for children. The water is warm and all the amenities clean, like new. Remember to bring your own cap. - There is also a place to play pool and games in the second floor. - I was very satisfied with the service of the whole staff. From the receptionists to the people in the buffet. They also helped us calling the taxi to go to the ski slopes. They also helped is dropping us off at the airport. We even had an amazing Korean barbecue dinner at 10:00pm. I would say that this is a foreigner friendly place. And without any doubt would recommend staying in this resort.

The breakfast offerings were comprehensive, featuring both Western and Chinese cuisine; however, it would be helpful to have forks, spoons, and water readily available. Despite the demagnetization issue with the key card, the staff, especially 刘基扬 and 王国琪, responded instantly to our messages and ensured a swift resolution.
