The hotel is full of history, but the place where you live was built later. The original one is now a restaurant. The attached photos are of the original building. You can eat in the original building, which is not expensive, especially the fish. By the way, imagine the past. If the building where you live now is renovated later, if you look at it as a high-star hotel, there are definitely flaws in the hardware, but it is still acceptable in comparison with similar buildings.

Good to visit again. I had stayed some years ago so this stay was sentimental. At that time, clearly the Friendship Hotel was the best accommodation available in the city. In most regards it certainly still is. Everything needed in my solid, clean and well equipped business room with a comfortable bed. No smoky odor on my floor at all. Lobby Concierge was very helpful. Staff was attentive and on the spot when I thought I had a light bulb issue in the room. A hidden switch. Their buffet dinner choice was inly fair this time - maybe oily, and, I think, overpriced, but the breakfast selection more than makes up for it. Classiest hotel fanguan setting I have seen here. I didn't really have an opportunity to try the sauna or massage services at all. I will save my money and visit again someday. Xie xie.
