説實話，剛入住時因為一些原因有點小失望和不開心。但是！我要特別表揚酒店的處理方式！我向前台工作人員説明情況後，他們非常重視，總經理親自出麪道歉，並立刻給出瞭解決方案並贈送了果盤致歉整個過程讓人感覺到酒店是真心在乎顧客的體驗，而不是敷衍了事。問題的出現不可避免，但解決問題的態度和效率才是一家酒店真正的水平。正因為如此，我這次的入住體驗最終是非常滿意的。推薦！

這次通過攜程訂的酒店真的太讚了！一到酒店，前台工作人員就笑臉相迎，辦理入住速度超快，還熱心介紹周邊好玩的地方，好感度瞬間拉滿。房間乾淨整潔，佈置得很温馨，床品軟乎乎的，晚上睡得特別香。浴室的洗浴用品質量也不錯，用着很舒服。酒店的健身房器材很新，種類也多，早上鍛鍊了一下，元氣滿滿。周邊吃飯、逛街都很方便，房間的還送了小吃，超貼心！以後訂酒店就選百恆錦逸！超讚！推薦推薦
