出差居住，環境衞生可以，雖離市區有點距離、但是交通還是比較方便的，總體來説性價比不錯，適合商務和旅遊

貴為一間四星酒店，實在非常失望，酒店沒有制度，系統凌亂。當晚到達時已接近深夜12:30，辦理入住時，竟然話沒有房給我們，我們已確認房間，錢已付清了，前台服務員只對您說抱歉，我要求見經理，她竟然說經理睡覺了，真的不敢相信吧！那時我們等待已接近1:15,我們幾位女士，這麽晚也未能找到另一間房子。訂房是透過携呈的，他們的售後服務一流，令我另眼相看，我們焦急之餘，他們職員Leon也立即回覆，並緊貼幫忙。事情才得以解決，最後我們是住在另一酒店的，日後都不會預訂美居的酒店。

We stayed in this hotel for one night on our European road trip. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel was nice and clean and the rooms well equipped with nice bed linen and a good bathroom. The hotel was a decent taxi ride c. €30 from the centre or Nuremberg which we hadn’t appreciated at the time of booking! The only slight issue was that on check in we were told that our rate included breakfast. The next morning on check out we were rather surprised to be charged for our breakfast, as it wasn’t included! This was not great and left us with a negative impression of the hotel. With hindsight I would have chosen a hotel closer to the centre of Nuremberg.

Stayed with the family for 5 days. Can really recommend the place. We had a superb time at the Mercure in Fuerth. Staff were fantastic, cautious and friendly. Location of the hotel worked perfectly for us. Having an outside pool in this weather was an extra. Very relaxed atmosphere throughout, you can dine in the restaurant on selected nights, order food in from outside or have a 15min walk into town to various restaurants. Clean rooms, nice breakfast. I guess all said...

It is a very basic hotel. The rooms hardly have any amenities that should classify it as 4*. The staff at reception was not warm. When we arrived, they said it will take 30mins for rooms to be ready. Eventually we got the room after 90 mins. There is hardly anyone at the reception and you have to wait for someone to come out of the inner room. The location is far from the station as well as old town (15 mins walk from old town and 20mins from station) Overall it turned out to be a disappointment.

It looks like another boring motel but once you get inside you change your mind. Very helpful staff all over and the 3-course dinner I ordered was great. For an overnight stay it is a perfect stay. Rooms are good and clean. And best part, it is silent all over and you sleep well. 7.90 Euro for a glass of wine I find a little bit too steep…I do recommend a stay here if you arebon the go travelling though Europe.

A very good hotel for a short visit, a bit of a shame is the 12 euro you have to pay for parking your car. The room was very good and clean. I would definitely come back for another stay on my way to or back from holilday

No kettle in the room only a machine that made drinks of cream not healthy. The duvet cover was too thick more like winter quality than summer too hot for a good sleep. We advised the young lady on reception regarding the above and she gave us a bottle of water and apologised .

rooms clean breakfast ok. went with a coach tour, first evening meal no choice and very slow service as only had 2 staff on, no complaints about staff. second night management had hired out restaurant and bar, which meant all 3 groups of hotel coach guests were feed in a side room with a buffet of one choice very small and given 45 mins each group to eat .as this hotel is not near any other eating places or bars we just had our rooms to go to after finishing our food nor were we able to get a drink for our meal or to take to room. Not impressed. Manager did not take ownership of our complaints, tried to pass them off to our driver and agency not informing us. Driver had confirmed mealtime etc that morning and had not been told of change of time or venue. This was very poor service. We were not made to feel welcome or wanted.

We stayed here on a half board basis with a Leger tour. On our second night our evening meal was cancelled without notice and we were offered the left overs from another party’s buffet. The manager was rude and extremely unhelpful, told us we had 30 minutes to eat in the bar area then we must leave. Rude unpleasant staff. Save yourself an unpleasant stay and avoid.

A hotel not far from the Nuremberg conference center, beautiful room with shower, small desk, breakfast in Mercure Hotel standards, professional service, attention speaks German not French, outdoor paid parking at 14.00 euros, internal restaurant at the 'hotel with a small map, different prices on the map displayed outside and the interior menu. 03.2024
