So good! It was much better than the pictures. Our friend recommended this hotel. Food was good, room was bigger than the pictures, and there's balcony to see the view. Will come back for sure!

Everything is ok except the toilet is smelly. The jacuzzi bathtub in our bathroom was badly maintained and had a lot of rusty stains on it. The room is big enough for 3 of us but the bed and sofa bed is not comfortable.

It was the best facility. The scenery is wonderful, and the food is delicious. It's difficult if you don't rent a car, but I would like to go there again. I was a little disappointed that I couldn't use the open-air bath (apparently it's prohibited in winter).

We visited in the middle of winter. Although it was almost fully booked a week before, there were only 4-5 groups of guests when we visited, so we were able to spend a very quiet and relaxing time. The breakfast and dinner were excellent dishes using local ingredients, and were perfect for our tastes. The portions were just right, and we ate everything. When you think of winter in Furano, you think of skiing, but this time we didn't ski, but instead tried a guided snowshoe tour. The cool wind in the quiet forest felt good on my cheeks, and the feeling of stepping on the fluffy new snow was indescribable, and we enjoyed the tour. We are very grateful that they were flexible in responding to our requests, such as providing a room for us to change clothes after checking out on the last day, and providing a shuttle bus outside of business hours.

The room was spacious and the large communal bath was very nice and had a more down-to-earth feel than most large hotels. The amount and taste of dinner was excellent. The salad at breakfast was delicious. We had a great view of the snow-capped Tokachi mountain range and the sea of clouds, so we had a great holiday. There is a minibus to take us to Furano Station, which is convenient. However, it is quite far from the Furano ski resort, taking about 10 minutes by taxi. This is an inconvenient situation for skiers, but it was helpful that the after-ski hot springs, afternoon snacks, and after-dinner alcohol and snacks are all free.

I'm always impressed by the delicious vegetables, but this time they were even more accommodating to us than last time, and I can't see any other accommodations anymore. Furano is of course a harsh winter, but I think you should take the plunge and come in the middle of winter. The crisp, sub-zero air, the tranquility...and the delicious food and stunning winter scenery...I think this is the best place in Furano. It's actually a wonderful inn that I don't want to tell anyone about. It was a wonderful winter vacation again. thank you very much.

I came here for the first time in a long time on my trip to Hokkaido, which was postponed due to the coronavirus. Other hotels had a restless atmosphere due to inbound tourists, but here I was able to spend a very quiet time. The large room was a waste, but it was clean and I had a comfortable stay. These days I often skip dinner because it's too much to eat, but the apple pie, late-night snacks, and breakfast were all delicious. It was a shame that the open-air bath was closed in the winter, but I would definitely like to visit again in the spring or fall, or when the lavender is in bloom.

It was a quiet luxury hotel with few group guests. There is a large lavender garden that can be seen from each room and lounge. There are many parts of the garden that have not been maintained, and I hope that more will be improved in the future. It was fun to go around the garden in a cart as an attraction. The shared lounge is large and you can relax while drinking coffee or alcoholic beverages, and those drinks and snacks are free, so if you like, you can drink as much as you like. The bath is a hot spring with a bedrock bath. It looked like they were building a sauna in the other bath, but I thought I'd like a sauna. But anyway, the number of guests is overwhelmingly small, so you can enter at your leisure.

Enjoy all-you-can-eat sparkling wine, apple pie, and pudding at the lounge right next to check-in! All drinks are included in the price, and you can drink as much Sapporo beer as you like in the large lounge! At the end of dinner, snacks are prepared in the lounge on the first floor, including nuts, dried squid, and salmon toba, so you can relax while drinking free Sapporo beer. The lounge is large and has many seats, so you won't be too close to other customers. Bread was served at breakfast, but they said they could prepare rice as well, so I asked and they brought a set with pickled plums and pickled radish. No, the welcome pudding was so delicious that I wanted to take it home.

Stayed in deluxe twin. Room amenities are sufficient. I was very satisfied with the service, which was almost on par with the all-inclusive plan, such as snack time from 3:00, free minibar in the room, free bar time, and the provision of late-night snacks. The hot spring is heated, but there are large public baths on the 1st and 3rd floors with different tastes, and there is also a bedrock bath, which was more enjoyable than I expected. Also, in the gallery on the 1st floor, not only did I appreciate the furniture and calligraphy, but I also experienced calligraphy for the first time in decades and explored the grounds on a cart (unfortunately it was not the season for flowers). Our senior couple enjoyed it enough, but it is also true that there were problems such as bell service, replenishment and cleanup of small sweets, and cleaning of the large public bath, and the biggest inconvenience was that Wi-Fi could not be used in the guest room.

I stayed here on a trip with my wife. A place with a view of the ski resort would be fine, but it was difficult to find a place due to limited rationality. The food seems to have been well thought out in terms of tableware, etc., but the ingredients and cooking methods are monotonous, and it's disappointing that the emphasis is on appearance. I want you to visit many restaurants and learn more.

At the time of check-in, there was a very quick explanation of the stay, and I was wondering why, but I soon understood. We are understaffed. From 15:00, it's snack time, and the snacks that are out of stock are replenished, and the garbage and plates that have finished drinking on the wagon are piled up. The French course for dinner is delicious, but it also takes a lot of time due to the lack of manpower. Even in the hot spring, the water in the dressing room was bottoming out. Of course there is no one at the hotel. It is a hotel in a long building. Even if there is some kind of trouble or accident at the innermost hot spring, I feel uneasy that there is no one at the hotel. At the very least, I think it would be good to have one person look around and clean the trash can and the floor in the dressing room. My biggest complaint is the bedding. I expected it to be Simmons, but the bed mattress as it was when it first opened was so hard that I couldn't believe it was from a luxury hotel, and the springs hit my body. The comforter smelled of someone and was uncomfortable. I want you to continue to stay at a luxury hotel like a quiet hideaway. I would like to visit you again in the fall, but could you please renew all the bed mattresses and bedding? That mattress is really hard on your body. It's like sleeping on a board.
