New hotel and everything is perfect. Breakfast is par.

There is a onsen below the hotel. Free wine and cheese for tasting in the lobby. Car park is 25m walk away. Clean and cosy rooms. Modern.

Great service and breakfast. The hotel car park is a distance away. Pretty dark n cold at night. The hotel room is new n spacious. Only concern is after 2 days, the toilet start to smell. If possible, for daily room making , please help clean the toilet.

It was a beautiful and very nice hotel! The staff were very smart from the check-in onwards. My luggage was quickly brought to my room, and there was wine tasting and a welcome drink in the lobby, which I enjoyed straight away. There were plenty of amenities, and I was personally impressed that the pajamas were separate. This time I only stayed overnight, but next time I'd definitely like to try the breakfast or dinner course!

It's OK, it's like a 3 or 4 star hotel. Who said the hotel dinner is good? That's nonsense, it's too ordinary by Japanese standards, and it's unnecessary to go through the trouble of booking.

I stayed here while sightseeing in Furano. It's about 20 minutes away from Farm Tomita, so it's very convenient. There is also a large public bath, so you can relax after your trip. The breakfast was also very delicious and I was very satisfied.

The hotel staff were friendly and took the initiative to help carry the suitcase to the room upon arrival, and took the initiative to carry it from the lobby to the car when checking out the next day. Although the room is small, bathrobes, slippers, towels, baskets, etc. are provided for easy access to the bathhouse. The toilet paper is of good quality and soft. The breakfast style is carefully prepared - vegetables from different Furano regions, small cups of milk from different regions, and desserts are provided.
