房間打掃的非常整潔乾淨，位置也很好，距離萬達廣場走路差不多三五分鐘，重點是早餐很好吃，雖然種類沒有龍順多，但是都做的挺好的，特別是大蝦，很大一個，看着也是很新鮮的那種。第一次在這住，很滿意

房間大小是滿意的，設施也是非常齊全的。服務跟其他評論提到的差不多，前台沒有迎接的，衞生方面這個床單被套不是很乾凈。離萬達廣場也就幾步路，適合吃完飯散步回來這樣。
忘了説了，那個b電視是真逆天，衹給了電視機的遙控器，沒給機頂盒的遙控器，這就導致一個什麼問題呢？電視經常放着放着出現要你選現在更新還是稍後更新，電視機遙控器根本選不了，衹能重啟，一來一回非常耽誤時間。找服務人員幫忙，他們叫來的人就拿那個機頂盒遙控器把更新取消了，但是他走了過後一倆小時又出現那個訊息把屏幕中間擋住，我請問呢？那為什麼不乾脆每個房間配一個機頂盒遙控器方便一下你們的顧客呢。

相比萬達附近的酒店價位稍高，前一天住的一個酒店室內全部是全自動的包括馬桶，價位277，環境非常安靜。這裏的馬桶座上竟然有很多劃痕！浴室水龍頭冷熱水標記竟然是反的，放了半天水怎麼都是冷的，換了一個方向才發現反了。

交通方便，附近有巴士站，去高鐵站15分鐘。2-3分鐘到（萬達廣場）- 吃，喝，玩，樂，買手信標配。附近有煙酒店，買東西送人都方便，而且早餐很地道，有特色菜。因為時間緊迫，我們只留2天。相對這價格，以4星來說，而且比較新202X年，非常實惠。

酒店設施很新很乾凈，也沒有裝修的味道，位置挨着萬達廣場，吃飯方便，有免費的停車，就是晚上不知道什麼聲音，感覺有點吵，反應後馬上給換了安靜的房間，還免費升級了房間

在今年清明節在聚福鑫住了2天，完全是個小酒店，由於好像6樓以下都是酒樓卡拉OK等，客房客人與普通客人的電梯沒有分開，進入電梯時很雜亂，房間洗手盆上見到的頭髮，服務說肯定有不可避免，更客氣的是，住了2天沒有能看電視，叫了服務來調試很久也無法調好，服務員說現在都不看電視，電視機沒有那麼重要？！早餐品種少得可憐，味道一般般！準備愉快的行程，變成遺憾離開！福清同類酒店比，聚福鑫的價格不低，但服務沒有做到！
