最真實的評價：晚上十點到福清，想着開車隨便找個地方落腳，打電話諮詢是否停車位充裕。此店讓我到前台付錢不要走平台。到前台，讓我直接掃微信200説是最便宜的房間158（200包括按金，後面退多少都是看她們），我説平台才90幾，我直接選擇平台訂還不需要按金，另一女打圓場説平台會給補貼讓我平台訂。樓梯口在裝修，進門就有蟑螂，洗漱用品都是最便宜的，第二天早上七八點就在樓下罵人，施工也很吵。説真的，給福清人丟臉，90幾塊的住宿我並不會要求多高，畢竟一分錢一分貨，但起碼衞生和服務態度好吧，想着靠宰外地客大掙一筆格局未免太小了一些？那種巴不得多掙兩塊錢的嘴臉確實令人不適。

很適合旅行、商務出差，酒店位置很好福清市中心，酒店有專用的停車場（免費的）老闆很好（態度、服務、説話）24小時前台，價格也很實惠，值得推薦。每天分享一點好的東西也是對生活的一種態度😜😜😜

其貌不揚的酒店，看到之前網友評論有升級版房間，抱着試試看的態度預訂了普通雙人間，到達酒店後果真有升級版房型，立馬加價升級入住。酒店緊鄰歷史街區，晚上很熱鬧。早晨可以到酒店隔壁巷子嘗一嘗華妹早餐。

我們去的時候樓下正在裝修，但是不影響居住，賓館是在一片居民樓中間，所以足夠安靜，你不起床可以一直睡，停車位充足，樓下吃飯的也挺多，價位合適，比福州，廈門便宜多了。

很大型的賓館，外部正在升級裝修，已經裝修過的房間內部很乾凈，門臉和酒店規模有點不匹配，但是裏面有個阿姨，人很好，各種細心，非常感謝。
