衞生不到位，床單換了和沒換一樣，上面有圓珠筆的劃痕，當天晚上住的時候沒看到，第二天才看到。床比較小，兩個大人帶個小孩，不夠睡#房間用品質量比較差

住的303房間，衞生間地漏堵了，流了一房間的水，打前台電話，保安上來看了一眼衹是説地漏堵了，難道這就是解決問題的方法和態度？東西落在那了，打電話也死不承認，真是住過體驗感最差的酒店，沒有之一
