1.態度奇差，房間垃圾桶都滿了，還不倒垃圾，真讓人懷疑沒有保潔，是內部工作人員自己打掃的，店長還故意説因為我們出門沒有跟前台説，怕我們的東西會丟，所以沒有打掃，頭一次見這種酒店，這是不打掃的理由嗎？？？還是你們經常幹這種事情，衹是進去打掃一下衞生，還順便順走客人的東西嗎？？？我們回來之後讓幫我們倒一下，結果他理直氣壯的説，清潔阿姨下班了，明天。2.衞生極其惡劣，房間可能幾個月都不打掃一次，在沙發上坐一會兒，全身都癢，像跳蚤爬滿了身上，簡直是極品，房間裏有一股灰塵味兒 ，睡了一會兒，枕頭全身都發紅，蕁麻疹都犯了，再皮糙肉厚的人都擋不住臟亂差的衞生，差評，差評差評。3.隨意操控價格，在得知我們在某平台上訂的比較便宜，第2天在我們回來的時候沒有續房的那個時候就把價格往高的調，早上和中午的價格都不一致，垃圾垃圾垃圾。4.房間裏擺了泡麪，飲料，價格貴就算了，甚至我們退房當天早上，還問我們有沒有喝裏面的飲料，要付錢的，真的是窮山惡水出**5.老闆跟前台態度惡劣，坐地起價，眼睛是長在頭頂上了嗎？6.一份滿是泡菜的早餐值20塊錢！！！還有速凍小饅頭，合成肉包子，真噁心，吃到拉肚子7.180一晚上的房間，空調也沒有，前台還很自豪的説，我們都是安地暖的，地暖很暖的在裏面，結果還是要穿厚羽絨服，，當我們向她提出地暖可能有點冷的時候，她説他們這個已經是最好的，然後她説別的酒店都是這樣子的，我不知道是不是總部沒有帶她去公司培訓過，其他的酒店，我沒有發現像這樣子的。哪怕衹是一個小酒店，連鎖酒店或者民宿，是沒見過世面還是咋滴？8.阜裕集團該好好管理管理了！！！

在去的路上夕陽還是挺美的！酒店環境不錯，硬件很好，服務也算是熱情，需要什麼，缺少什麼，能電聯後立馬送來，滿足需求。但是我住進去的時候，廁所馬桶使用後未沖，邊邊角角的清潔也不是很到位，晚上停院裏沒有路燈，吃完飯，黑燈瞎火的還得自己手機照亮！

半夜到的，一家人累的不行，一進門全是蟲子，小蜈蚣，還有一種當地的蟲子，孩子嚇得哇哇哭，退款退不了，解決也解決不了，換了房間還是有，優惠也沒有，直接踩雷

房間很大很好，也有特色，比較安靜，晉察冀革命博物館旁邊，走過去就行，美中不足的是，早餐8點才開始，我們7點要出發去五台山，所以前台送了4桶泡麪給我們，我們早餐開車去鎮上吃的。價格實惠，滿意

房間條件良好，在鄉村應該是頂流存在，與晉察冀邊區革命博物館不到500米，在此居住無處可去，周邊是農田和城南鄉一個小商業街，早飯為份飯，管飽而已。

房間很大不錯，唯一不足的就是洗澡水很小，還好天氣不熱都沒洗澡太小了！老闆很貼心還送了當地特產酸棗汁和水果！
