Just awful. When you enter the hotel, you get the feeling you arrived in a sanatorium or a comunist era retirement home. We tried to check-in and the lady at the reception told is that if we waited 30 mins, she would have a room with one double bed for us. After halfanhour, we talked to another receptionist who said the room we have booked, has no option of double bed and we will have two single beds (waiting just became totally pointless). Our room was at the ground floor. Or let me correct - half BELOW THE GROUND FLOOR. No balcony, no aircondition. When arrived to this floor lever, a stench of mold hit our noses. Room size made it hard for 2 adults to move without bumping into each other. Humidity and heat was impossible to get rid off as even when you open the window - there is ground outside reaching until half of it. Beds that remember Yugoslavia for sure. There was NO TOILET PAPER in the room, we had to ask for it in the reception. Breakfast was not as bad as the rest honestly, but imagine THOUSANDS of people fighting for one basket of pastries. Most of products were savoury, only once in a while a basket of croissants was brought, that was emptied in less than 30 seconds. All of this, for modest 120€ a night.
