Beautiful design, every detail thought about. Little touches and effort put into the Eco elements of the hotel. Staff were wonderful. Perfect location. Wish we’d stayed longer! Felt classy without being pretentious. Lived our time here and will definitely return if we visit Madeira again.

We had an amazing stay at The Three House Hotel. The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed. The rooftop pool is stunning. Our girls especially loved the pool and enjoyed having a swim. The croissants in the morning were a lovely touch and very tasty. The roof top cocktail bar is stunning. We enjoyed the jazz music, cocktails and food on our first night. The lady who showed us around when we arrived was very informative and friendly. All of the hotel staff including the bar staff and cleaners were very friendly. The cleaners did a fantastic job of cleaning the apartment. We would love to stay again and would definitely recommend to our friends and family. Lee and Gemma from the UK

Just back from a recent adventure that included beautiful Madeira! An absolute gem. As we had 8 nights, we decided to divide our time between two locations, although both in Funchal. At first it seemed silly, but I really wanted the resort experience, thus we stayed 4 nights at Savoy Palace, which was also great. However, our 4 night stay at Three House was also fantastic and what made it even better was the exceptional support from their staff, especially Sid. Even before our visit, Sid was on hand to answer any and all questions. His advice and suggestions for our day trips were spot on and so helpful. And once we were there he went above and beyond. After returning from a day of hiking, I had lost my wallet. I asked Sid if he could contact staff at Pico do Aeriro…..long story short….he managed to locate my wallet and arrange its transfer and return!! The hotel itself is perfect. It has everything you need for a great stay. They had me at all the SMEG appliances. A great rooftop pool and bar, with live music. A gym we never used, because as Sid said, get outside and explore the island!!! The restaurant was also excellent. The only scary thing for us was the navigating the parking lot! But after 4 nights, we got used to it. Be careful. lol If you choose Three House for your home base in Madeira you will have made a great choice

Great hotel, fantastic location, fabulous rooftop bar. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Rooftop bar is open to the public and was busy every night with either live music or themed DJ (I particularly enjoyed the yacht rock evening). Good selection of standard and bespoke cocktails, although it is a bit expensive, but not cripplingly so. Location is really good with town centre, shopping centre, seafront and loads of restaurants within 5 minutes walk.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Three House Hotel - room was large and clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, and location was perfect for exploring Funchal. We also rented a car to drive around the island - the hotel has free parking that was easy to use. We also took advantage of the rooftop bar - both for the views and incredible food/cocktails. We would definitely stay here on a future visit and recommend to any one else!

Amazing hotel, fabulous location. Outstanding staff, accommodation, pool and terrace. I would highly recommend to anyone. Quiet during the day time had the terrace to ourselves most of the day. Great restaurant menu covering different cuisines. Quirky and cool decor. Little touches make you feel special. Everything a WhatsApp message away. Dealt with quickly and efficiently. Great value for money and self catering units have everything you could need for all meal times as well as laundry and mod cons. Modern and well maintained. Great evening vibe at the rooftop terrace with fabulous cocktails and DJ.

Beautiful boutique style hotel in the heart of Funchal. We loved everything about our stay in the The Three House! Excellent facilities in the room, such as coffee machine, dishwasher, toiletries. Very spacious and serviced daily. Even though we were in the heart of the town with a party vibe bar on top floor, we had no noise disturbance and slept very well. They also hung a little bag of croissants daily on our door. :-) The pool is at the rooftop along side a bar/cocktail bar. The pool area was never crowded. The hotel is an ideal location, with a wide variety of shops and restaurants a very short walk and the market next to the hotel.

I have no words to describe how amazing our stay at this hotel has been: comfort, incredible apartments, and above all, the excellent service we received both from the cleaning staff and the hotel receptionists. They have provided outstanding service through their kindness, their suggestions for visiting the island and restaurants, and their constant incredible friendliness. We highly recommend this hotel. We will be back!!!
