Very good, quiet stay. Located in the old town, everything is within walking distance. Very clean. Service like in a hotel. Very responsive, thank you Christina. Excellent value for money Well equipped apartment. Rented with parking, but given the proximity to everything, the car is not necessary.

Establishment very well located in Funchal, while being in a quiet street. Everything is accessible on foot, including the cable car which allows access to the heights of the capital (visit of the tropical garden not to be missed) Small downside: just double curtains on the windows and no voile curtains ▶️ when you overlook the parking lot or on the street, difficult to keep the curtains open and to have light while preserving privacy. And another downside: the shower door which opens towards the inside of the shower ▶️ even if it’s a detail, it’s not at all practical…

A real let down. The day we arrived there was no hot water and we had to shower in cold water at night. The water boiler was so small that for 2 people to take a shower it had to be in a hurry so that the second would not take a shower with cold water. The lamp in the bedroom also had the lamp blown. The personal hygiene products that they mention that they make available only did so on the first day, after that they never said they would solve the problem and the next day we were still without hygiene products. We were told to use the dispenser, but it was on the sink too far from the bathtub, or to go buy shampoo with a lot of arrogance, saying it's not a hotel. However, we were not alerted from the beginning and as advertised it would be included in the price, since they change towels and make the beds every day, so it is an aparthotel and not a normal apartment. As for the towels, on one of the days they put a torn towel and there was still another day that they didn't put toilet paper or remove the garbage from the kitchen. Regarding the parking, it was very small, requiring 2 people and still 30 minutes to get in and out of it. As for breakfast, it was a shame, for 2 people they put only 2 slices of cheese and 2 slices of ham for 4 breads, and only 2 small juices. When neither coffee machine nor instant coffee worked. All counted. Definitely not to be repeated.

Mini apartment complete with every comfort. Friendly and prepared staff. Two defects: the hot water in the shower runs out after 5 minutes; breakfast is repetitive (brioche, croissant, sandwich, fruit juice, jam) and after 4-5 days it gets tiring to always receive the same things. I don't recommend it. Among other things, it costs little or nothing at the bar.

Logement confortable et récent, à proximité à pied du centre ville et du téléphérique. Le service ménage passe tout les jours refaire le lit parcontre draps et grandes serviettes n'ont pas été changés au bout de 3 jours comme indiqué dans le descriptif de la chambre. Le petit-déjeuner complet est accroché à la poignée de porte d'entrée ce qui est pratique et évite de sortir à l'extérieur pour déjeuner. Le parking voiture est appréciable car la résidence étant à côté d'un stade de foot, le stationnement est plutôt difficile et toujours plein car ce sont des petites rues. Vous accédez à la résidence et à votre logement avec un code personnel qui vous est transmis,. L'ascenseur est également appréciable. N'hésitez pas à déguster les spécialités locales et profiter des activités, du folklore et promenades qu'offre cette jolie île
