設施滿分，環境滿分。美中不足的是門口停車位有限，停滿了就要去地庫，地庫比較小，也很繞。餐廳環境也很不錯。包間很大，菜系還行，外地朋友過來會缺少家鄉特色菜系。有婚宴場地、包間也很大、酒店前台服務非常好，熱情禮貌。住宿區域衞生差一點意思，地毯可能沒有吸塵。酒店後門有個小吃街。

房間乾淨衞生，早餐種類多口味好。另外還要特別感謝酒店的一件事是，我退房離店時遺留了一雙鞋子在房間，回程時才發現，聯繫酒店，酒店一位男員工（手機號173開頭，尾號6691）主動配合，周到服務，將鞋子通過快遞郵寄給我，感謝他及其他為此事做出努力的酒店員工們！祝您們工作順利，萬事如意！

酒店服務真不怎麼樣，和前台反應大廳女衞生間有男性，經理來了一句他可能是不小心走錯了！請問不小心走錯了能在裏面邊打電話邊上廁所？那麼大個女衞生間字看不清？男女衞生間結構難道一樣？經理輕飄飄來一句他走錯了。他走沒走錯你知道？這扶余挺有意思的
