The location it's ok, walk distance from train station, a lot of shop and restaurant in surounding, have a family mart & 7 eleven.

This time I went to Chiba and stayed at this hotel. The location was okay, quite close to a JR station, but it was very old and had a terrace that hadn't been used for a long time. It faced the building next door and was useless. The toilet in the toilet smelled bad, and the room was very small, and the hygiene was not that good. After that, apart from breakfast and laundry service, there are no other facilities. The breakfast buffet is okay and quite delicious.
