I rented 2 rooms for the evening, one for me and one for my son. My room wasn’t too bad. It had a smell to it and had some quarter size holes in the wall under pictures. My son’s room was awful. It had an awful stink to it and had a bug on the pillow. We went down to the service desk to get it fixed. The gentleman didn’t say anything to us, no sorry, no nothing. All he did was give my son a new room. When he handed us the new door keys he said I gave you a new room. Well that room didn’t have any bugs but the smell was still awful. The entire 2nd floor had it. I was going to complain again but I felt as if it would do no good since the smell was in the hallway as well. I had a room spray that I had packed, so we used that. The gentleman that was at the front desk seemed not able to speak English clearly. We had a hard enough time checking in so that was another reason I didn’t press the issue. I was tired from our traveling and just wanted to go to sleep.
