I enjoyed a gigantic terrace where I could admire wonderful views of the mountains day and night. The room was thoroughly cleaned every day by the friendly cleaning staff. But what definitely stuck with me is the extremely observant talent of the young chef Daniel in the kitchen. What a gift, what admiration. Every day I have thoroughly enjoyed the refinement that he manages to conjure up in the flavor palette. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, everything was offered to high quality, sustainable, local and fresh. You can taste that! I always went with high expectations, my taste buds were cheerfully surprised every day. While during dinner a live musician managed to move me so much, and meanwhile the service of the waiters always exceeded my expectations. This hotel more than pleasantly surprised me.
