設施完善，衞生很乾凈，環境挺好，前台小姐姐服務很周到，遺留了兩件衣服，中午還打電話過來，非常感謝……酒店附近吃東西超級方便，超多好吃的吃不完根本吃不完， 下次還會來！維也納還是值得信賴的

窗外的風景盡顯山城景色，來這邊學習陶藝一週，住在這裏簡單安靜，整體不錯。出門走幾百米全是各種好吃的，陶大就在附近。

環境很差。空調聲音太吵，開着吵的睡不着；關上冷；房間一點不隔音，隔壁房客像和我住一間房的音效；所謂的免費停車就是馬路上的空位你自己找停；被罩床單一股香煙味….

豪華特大床房，沒有衣櫃。空調温度衹有20度，温度調不起來。洗手間地板不防滑，建議針對以上房間做調整改善，體驗不是很好

唯一的不滿意是衞生間的門是透明的，如廁和洗澡直接被看光光，淋浴間也沒有門，洗澡水都灑到廁所外面去了。
