奇差無比，2025年新裝修地板是裂的，牆是破的，表面問題就算了，進門遍地都是沒打掃乾淨的頭髮，聯繫老闆換了一間房，花灑竟然安裝在底下，這要人怎麼洗澡？？同樣廁所裏也都是頭髮。窗簾是完全不遮光的，房間也是完全不隔音，床單被罩也是粗糙的不行，外面的露營燈不關，還有火車路過的聲音，一整個跟睡在大馬路上沒有區別。那麼大的地方後廚裏房間那麼近，工作人員在後麪聊天説話聲音特別特別特別特別大，根本就休息不成！！！！！！宣傳的游泳池也更是臟的沒眼看，給錢留着好好搞的舒服的休息環境吧！！！花裏胡哨的沒有一點用！！！！！

週末和朋友去玩，休閑釣魚，兩天一晚，非常不錯，房間乾淨衞生，環境超好，農家菜很地道，拍照特出片，老闆還送了我們葡萄，説10月可以採摘獼猴桃哦。

旁晚到達的，離景德鎮稍微遠點，沿河獨一棟的民宿，風景秀麗，窗外就是大片茶園，很養眼。房間裝修很有格調，很有品味，非常值得體驗一晚。

建築很特別，主打郊區旅遊，茶園景色、臨水都很不錯；但是酒店衞生、住宿硬件條件差；主要衞生不乾淨，衞生間都是長頭髮，我短髮啊！其他就不説了，內部健身房沒有，生銹的；游泳池還沒好，一大家子來有的玩，單獨家庭不建議哈！城區開車30-40分鐘
