整體入住體驗非常差，並且工作人員服務堪憂，安全問題也非常堪憂。1、入住當天給了我們一個沒有打掃的房間2、房間電話沒有安裝電池，根本不能撥打前台電話3、房間隔音超級差，走廊走過説話都聽的非常清晰4、房含早餐不給餐券，不提示用餐時間最精彩的來了‼️早上到了餐廳都是人，發現也沒有東西吃了，就拍了現場的照片，從後廚出來一個大姨就對我開始拉扯，嘴裏一直嘟嘟囔囔，並且拍攝視頻，説就是這個戴帽子的人拍了照片，如果有投訴就找她，並且還通過微信發送給了不知名人員，酒店對此的解釋更是搞笑，説這個人不是酒店的工作人員🙂↕️🙂↕️🙂↕️他們的值班主管打電話過來也是搞笑，説什麼我們到餐廳的時候已經超過用餐時間了（蘋果相機拍攝照片時間為8點57分，到達時間必定早於拍攝時間）這種不負責，不懂法，推卸責任的酒店主管已經隨意拍攝客人照片的隨意拉扯的工作人員真是令人瞠目

沒有供電卡！衞生還不錯畢竟新裝修的酒店！早餐太差了，品類太少了沒人收拾餐盤，沒人擦桌子！

房間衞生巨差，到處都是灰，也很舊，主要是還漏水，洗手枱的水都流到走廊了真服了，搞不懂這麼高的價格這麼垃圾的酒店，第一天反映了説修也不修，我請問呢？超級垃圾，別住！！！！！！離市區又遠又不方便，定了三天第三天終於換了房，結果洗澡那個地方下水道又堵了，洗個澡沒淹死我。本來開心出來玩，這個酒店真的很生氣！！！！！！！！真實客觀反映很垃圾大家快跑！

前台看上去很普通，電梯也普通，但是一進房百度音箱就自動啟動，關閉窗簾，有種賓至如歸的感覺，非常好，而且酒店很新，用品也都挺好的，總體感覺很棒。
