JI Hotel (Jingdezhen North Station)

This is the first time I give a bad review. Before I checked in, the front desk said the room was noisy and I had to pay for the upgraded room. I was speechless.

The low score is mainly given to the hotel's front desk service: there is no sympathy for the guests. What happened is: on the night of 2.4, there was a long noise from the upstairs that seriously affected my sleep, so I asked the front desk if I could change rooms. A female waiter at the front desk refused to change rooms on the grounds that there were no rooms. I then called 110 to report the situation. A male waiter at the front desk saw that the situation was getting out of hand and immediately offered to change my room. The noise stopped after the room change. I would like to say to this female waiter that the guest had no choice but to ask you to change rooms in order to meet his basic sleep needs. You put the interests of the hotel first and do not consider the difficulties of the guests at all. You have no sympathy for the guests. I wonder if this is the corporate culture of this Four Seasons hotel? ! Thinking back to the police at the front desk when I checked in on the first day, it seems that this Four Seasons Hotel is really in trouble. I hope tourists who are planning to book it will think twice.

The room is relatively large in the Four Seasons. There is KFC, Gu Ming and night market stalls downstairs, which is very convenient. The mineral water is also sufficient. The auntie will refill four bottles every time. In summer, we drink a lot of water. We also make tea, which is completely enough. The front desk service is also very good. The breakfast is delicious. I will stay here again next time.

The room is clean, spacious and bright, no noise

But fortunately, the front desk saw that I had been waiting for a long time and gave me a small gift, which was very thoughtful. I still hope that the quality of this hotel room needs to be improved. I spent two or three hundred to stay in your hotel. I am speechless 😓

I always stay at Four Seasons Hotels wherever I go. I have stayed in at least 10 hotels, and this is the worst I have ever seen. First of all, the room has wireless, but I can't connect to the Huazhuhui network, and the screen projection network is also poor. The loading speed even reaches 0 KB. Normally, the Huazhuhui network will automatically jump to the login page, but this one doesn't jump to anything. I asked the service staff, and they told us to open the browser to log in ourselves. There is no way if the browser cannot be opened. Is this the only solution? Secondly, the room we booked is smaller than other rooms on the same floor. The waiter said it is a fixed room type, so does the hotel only have a few rooms of this type? When the auntie cleans the room, she doesn't check the items (paper towels are not replenished, towels are not replaced, and there is only one toothbrush in the washing bag). Is this the service of a chain hotel? Finally, I disagreed with the late check-out. At first, they said that only rooms booked with Huazhu Club could have a one-hour late check-out for free. However, in all the Four Seasons hotels I have stayed in, I could check out for free until at least 13:00. Here, I had to check out without paying extra, otherwise even if the waiter violated the rules, what new rule is this?
