Less than 5 minutes from the north exit of Fukuyama Station. Of course, most hotels in Fukuyama are very close to the station. I was very happy to get a room near Fukuyama Castle. It was a weekend, and Fukuyama Castle was very beautiful with lights shining at night. The entrance to Fukuyama Castle is just across the street from the hotel. The hotel room is not small, but the only regret is that there is no large bath. There are microwave ovens, ice machines, and self-service laundry. From December 2014 to February 2015, the hotel was undergoing interior renovation and upgrading. There was no noise during sleep time. A good hotel at a reasonable price.

Excellent location, a minute from the train station and across the road from the castle grounds. Incredible views of the castle from the room I was in. Friendly and helpful staff, spacious rooms, and excellent bedding and pillows.

The hotel was clean and had a full range of amenities, so I was able to go there light. I was hoping for a free rental hair iron, but when I went there without bringing one, I was told it was already on loan for both days of my stay, so I ended up not being able to use it. When I made the online reservation, I had booked a bed for a first grader, but the bed wasn't attached to the wall, and it was quite large, so it was impossible to move it. There were adult clothes and slippers, but the children's ones were not prepared and had to be picked up at the lobby. There were no pillows for the children, so I was assigned an adult one, but the online store said they had children's pillows, so I thought the preparations were insufficient and not friendly to guests with children. The cost of the children's breakfast was added to the online reservation fee without my permission, and I was confused as I didn't know what the additional charge was for. It was helpful to be able to store luggage after check-out.
