There were few people, the environment was first-class, and the hot spring experience was perfect. Just across the bridge from Iizaka Onsen Station. The hot springs and food were good. There is an open-air observation bath on the 9th floor. Meals are served in the venue on the 2nd floor. Tables and chairs are provided, and the waitresses will help you with anything. The quantity and quality of the food was good. There is also a shop and a bar corner in the lobby. The walls are thin, so you could hear the voices from the next room. There is only one elevator, so you may have to wait.

I used it twice in 2022 for business trips. It's an old-fashioned inn with a proprietress, and it's close to the station, but it's a bit of a walk from the parking lot. It's an old building, but it's clean, and I think the Japanese breakfast is good. 友人と二人で利用させていただきました。 良かった点として、建物自体は古いところを感じることもありましたが、部屋は綺麗に清掃されており、食事も美味しくいただくことができました。 また、チェックイン時にはウェルカムドリンクのようなサービスがあるので、そのようなことに対する配慮は感じることができました。 お風呂に関しては、屋上の露天風呂が景色が良く気持ちよく入ることができ、日頃の疲れを癒すことできました。 次に気になったこととしては3点あり、まずシャワーの勢いが弱いのが気になりました。圧が弱いので身体を流すのに時間がかかり、露天風呂だと冷たい空気に触れる時間が長くなり辛かったです。 次に気になったこととして部屋の空調です。他の部屋がどうなのかは分かりませんが、私の泊まった部屋にはエアコンがなくヒーターのみだったので細かい温度調整をすることができませんでした。 最後に一番気になったこととして、部屋の壁が薄いのがすごく気になりました。隣に大学生の女性のグループが泊まっていたのですが、そのグループが常識もないような人達だったようで、夜中まで大声での話し声が聞こえてきてきつかったです。 気になることについていろいろ書きましたが、最後以外許容できるレベルですので、私のように隣によっぽどハズレの宿泊客が来ない限りは気持ちよく宿泊できると思います。
