Good location close to the Gion train station. Clean and comfy food. Breakfast option is a coupon to a restaurant across the street. We found the service lacking as the front desk was not helpful when we asked for recommendations on nearby restaurants. staff simply pointed us to the map. when I asked if they could help call the car rental company to confirm my car booking the next day, they said they could not do it and directed asked me to use a public phone.

It seemed that the 1 〜 4 floor of the 5 story apartment of about one floor 2 room was operated as an unmanned hotel, and it was quite comfortable. The room I stayed this time is a standard double room? The room has a double bed, plus the entrance space, and the bathroom is a shower room without a washbasin, toilet and bathtub. There is no space to put without a desk or chair, but there is no TV, a simple refrigerator without a freezer space and a simple room with an electric kettle. I will spend on the basic bed, but I think there are many restaurants around in the middle of the daimyo, and there is no problem if it is one night to play in the Tenjin area and sleep. Because of the downtown area, the outdoor noise and the voice heard from the drinker were the room on the third floor, but it passed quite. The earplug is attached with amenities, but the person who is sensitive to the sound may be concerned.

This is my first trip to Fugang. As usual, I will book local hotel accommodation through trip.com. Trip.com responded very quickly and provided correct information. It said the location of the B&B is not far from Hakata Station, about 8 to 10 minutes away. The B&B room is enough for three adults and one child, but because it only provides line apps for communication and there is no one to assist in the lobby for a long time, it is inconvenient when services are needed, so it needs to be improved.

I would like to thank the hotel staff who helped me with retrieving my mobile phone which slipped out of my back pocket and was left in the taxi. I think most places outside of Japan, I would have lost my phone. I have so much respect for the culture and beliefs of the Japanese people. The passenger that followed my taxi trip, the taxi driver and the hotel staff all made it possible for me to retrieve my phone and also will not take any token of gratitude that I wanted to pay. I really cannot express my gratitude enough. Thank you.

We stayed here for two nights in the beginning of our trip to Japan and for one night at the end of our trip. The hotel allowed us to store a lot of luggages at the hotel when we travelled elsewhere. The staff is very service minded and my daughter even got gifts at check in. The rooms were very clean.We also got a room upgrade for our last night. The location is as good as it can be with its own subway entrance. The breakfast is delicious. However, Please note that unusually for Japan five year olds have to pay for breakfast (1650 JPY). Overall we had a great stay and I highly recommend this hotel. If I return to Fukuoka I will stay here.
