This capsule hotel is situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood near two convenient stores and a metro station less than a 6-minute walk. es and toiletries are included. Including hair products, and hair tools for curling, straightening, and drying hair. Skincare products provided for free, including face wash, and face lotion. Toothpaste, toothbrush, hair brush, razor, slippers, towels (many), hair products provided for free. Overall, a great place, clean and well taken care of. The only point that I don’t like is that you can’t switch on air conditioner during Nov. I can only open the window and it’s bit noisy in the morning.

The hotel is a good choice for a short-term stay in Fukuoka. It is very close to the Hakata Station, and is not that far from the International Airport. We found a good cozy-twin room for me and my friend and it was at a cheap price. All necessary amenities are in the room, so you don’t need to take much with you on your trip. The only concern we had was related to daily cleaning services because upon our arrival some of the dirt on the table was not removed.

TOEI hotel location very good, very close to many shop like 7-11, Lawson, family marts and delicious ramen restaurant! Breakfast provided was very great also! Btw, we not really like the bathroom which combine the shower area in the bathtub…very inconvenient as we need to ensure the water not to spill out and make the outside impacted….

The hotel really wants to be known for its breakfast. The spread and taste was great, for a competitive (in terms of hotel breakfast around the area) price. Room seemed recently renovated, and is really small (shoebox style). The toilet only has space for 1 person to shower/bath or use.

The exterior of the hotel is clean and the lobby is also very clean. Check-in and check-out can all be done by yourself, and the hoteliers are very helpful! I used a twin room, and it wasn't too small even with two suitcases spread out. The bathroom is also very clean and has shampoo, conditioner, and body wash haha. The hotel's location was close to Tenjin and close to the bus stop to nearby areas, making it convenient to move around. I went to Itoshima by taking the Showa Bus from the nearby Nakasu stop and it was really nice❤️ I was disappointed to come on the coldest day of the year, but I think this hotel will have more advantages if you come on a warm day. Next time I come to Fukuoka, I plan to book again🎶🎶

It is only 4/5 blocks away from Hakata Station. The hotel is confortable, rooms are clean and excellent service at front desk. The do not have laundry at hotel, but at front desk they show how to get to the nearest laundry service. The do not have restaurant insider, but at front desk they show how to get to the nearest place to eat.

From tantalizing late-night eats to leisurely shopping strolls and serene photo spots free from tourist throngs, Fukuoka had it all. Upon arrival, it's essential to note that there are two hotels with the same name; the one we selected, situated in Gion, stands just a few blocks from the Hakata outlet. (A friendly reminder: Opt for metered taxis over the airport counters to avoid inflated fares.) Check-in was seamless, and the hotel graciously accommodated our request to store luggage as we explored the city. Their self-service storage option, complete with a secure four-pin lock, provided peace of mind throughout our stay. The hotel boasted comprehensive amenities, surpassing those of the three other accommodations we sampled during our journey. Our room, generously sized, easily accommodated our luggage with ample space to spare. The provided onsen attire was remarkably comfortable, so much so I wore it out under my jacket for the second night! I recommend heading to the onsen in the afternoon and past midnight to avoid the crowd. Post-soak, complimentary popsicles awaited—a delightful treat indeed. Pro tip: ince their onsen is located on the 1st level of the hotel, you can store your onsen items in the locker before heading out to explore. After a long day, you can head to the onsen to ”defrost” and clean up before heading up to sleep. Equipped with a smart TV, our room offered the luxury of streaming our favorite YouTube and Netflix content, adding a touch of familiarity to our evenings. Another standout feature was the live updates on onsen availability and laundry room usage—though it's worth noting that the latter incurs a fee, a minor inconvenience amidst an otherwise stellar stay. This hotel exceeded expectations, providing unparalleled comfort and unparalleled convenience. With all essentials at our doorstep, exploration was effortless, leaving us with cherished memories of our time in Fukuoka.

The room is extremely hot with very poor ventilation, nearly no air-conditioning. The staff could only asked us to open the window which could not solve the problem as it was hot outside. They eventually gave us a fan but it was not functioning properly. We have poor sleep during our 5-day stay. Besides, it seems that there is no ventilator in the washroom, making it smelly. I would never stay in this hotel again and it was a nightmare. That's the worst hotel in Japan that I have ever stayed.

I stayed for the first time this time for an early morning flight from Arao's home to Tokyo. It is very beautiful because it is just possible. It is also good that there is a large bath to solve the fatigue of the trip. It is convenient because the family in the facility can be used as it is in the building, and there are seven eleven and pharmacies right across the street. The cafe on the same floor as the cabin is also doing late, and the cafe staff helps when I accidentally went out without a card key (thank you!). The staff was very helpful and I would like to use it again!

We used the superior room with 4 families. It was a semi double bed x 2 + extra bed x 2, but there was a room size and I didn't feel particularly cramped. The meal was finished outside, so there is no restaurant use. It is a new hotel, so it is a comfortable and clean hotel. The Montreal Group also used in Osaka, but I am satisfied with the overall. Not flashy, but no problem with the minimum service, not more than necessary.
