Hotels Near JR Wajiro Station in Fukuoka

Even though it was cheap, the room, bath, and toilet were clean. Amenities were also plentiful. There is a sauna and pool, but men and women are mixed and swimsuits are required. I brought my own, but apparently you can also rent one at the front desk (for a fee of 500 yen). Please check it out if you go. I saw three people at the front desk, and they were all very kind! I couldn't get a taxi because it was Saturday, but the people at the front desk contacted about 4 companies and arranged taxis for me, so I'm grateful to them! He was kind and helpful.

We stayed in a plan with two meals. The room was a twin single youth, so there was a good size. The interior is normal. The public bath was like a home bath, and the hot water was just for ordinary hot water. It is said that the trouble of hot water was saved in the bath in the room. I didn't expect dinner at all, but the Japanese course was more delicious and impressed than I imagined. The customer service was great. I expected breakfast, but I was quite disappointed that dinner was good. There are few items and the staff is unfriendly. Far from Hakata, the transportation is bad, so I think I will have a lot of time and repeat it only when I want to have two meals. It is quite unsatisfactory if it is only breakfast. I think Cospa is very good.

From the north arrival lobby, go out to the bus stop in front of you on your left hand side, and you will see a slope-type pedestrian bridge on your left hand side, and beyond that you will see the hotel. Location that is unbearable for plane enthusiast because there are few buildings in airport management area, and departure and arrival of airport can be seen well from window of room. There are no convenience stores around, so you should finish eating, drinking and shopping at the airport. There is a 7-Eleven in front of the North Arrival Lobby. However, the quality of breakfast is high. There is even a commitment to handmade tofu, which exceeds the level of service breakfast. Basically, it is provided from 6:00, but it is possible to enter from around 5:45 for early morning convenience users. The facility is clean and I think it's good for business use as it is. If you stay overnight before Fukuoka Airport, use this place.

I've been disturbing you for the pre-opening. A guest house that has been renovated from an old folk house that has been built for 100 years. It was a really nice space where you could drink beer on the porch and watch the home theater in a shared space. The bed mat also uses a special order that does not sound, so even in the dormitory, I was able to sleep with peace of mind without worrying about other customers. You can enjoy the atmosphere of an old folk house chillhop that is more at home than the hiive of the affiliated store.

I stayed in a hurry because the plane to Okinawa was canceled. The front desk seemed to be a foreign female staff member, but I was asked to explain carefully and check in smoothly. The tragic Japanese was also cute. It was only made in 2020 and has the latest equipment. Despite the single, there is a wall hanging 4K smart TV, and if you have a Netflix account, you can watch movies as much as you want. It may be because there were few guests, but the line speed was stable, and the image quality was high and I could see it without delay. I didn't use it much. 1F had a large communal bath and a laundry room, so I didn't bring a change of clothes, so I was saved. Due to the influence of Corona, breakfast was not a buffet but a type that I chose in advance at check-in, and I chose curry. It was a little spicy, my eyes were squeezed and it was a refreshing morning. By the way, I'm full with salad and soup. The only disappointment is that it is almost essential to move by taxi because it is on the east side of the airport and across the parking lot and the main street. It's not impossible to walk, but you can't reach it unless you make a very detour compared to a car. It was a very good hotel except for the location. I want to use it again in case of emergency.

I chose this place as I was coming from Busan by boat and attending sumo tournament the same day, and the location proved to be very handy. Staff was nice and provided plenty of information when asked. The place itself is nothing short of a business hotel although the price was much lower than average. The room was pretty large and I even had an actual bath (albeit not large) in the bathroom. The breakfast looked gorgeous on pictures but when next morning came it was just an okay buffet with a small main dish. The only actual downside is that it's far from the other main attractions and buses in Fukuoka were pretty expensive. I think I'd like to return there the next time I come by ferry as the value for money is huge and the location so convenient in that regard.

This time I chose a hotel because of its cheap price and good location. It is very close to the subway station Gofukucho, and the next station is Tenjin Hakata Station. Most attractions are nearby and very convenient. The bus stop is downstairs. There is also a 24-hour supermarket where you can buy necessities and food at any time, which is a plus. The disadvantage is that there are some tombstones in the scenery opposite. Although there are some shrines and the like nearby to suppress them, those who are afraid should consider it themselves.  Room: The price is cheap, so it is normal for the room to be small. This is the case in Japan. But the desktop is really not enough for two people, so it needs to be placed on the ground. There is a bathtub in the toilet which is nice. Facilities: The elevator requires a room card to go up, and the security is not bad. Everything is available. Toothbrushes, bathrobes, etc. can be picked up at the counter on the second floor. The bed is large, enough for two people, and the mattress is comfortable. But the bed is soft and the pillows tend to flatten inside, which is a bit hard.

Self-service check-in at the front desk, you can pick up chargers, bath towels, toothbrushes and other items. The location of the hotel is very close to the airport shuttle bus stop. There is a Lawson convenience store nearby. The room has air conditioning, no floor heating, a small refrigerator, and a TV. In fact, the cash tax is already included in the room rate. I am very satisfied that there will be a period after a trip.

Pro: The location was great, with short walking distance to subways, Tenjin underground mall, and lots of eateries. Staff speaks relatively good English and was very helpful. Con: Room size was average but manageable with 2 large suitcases. There is no driveway in front of the hotel for cars to unload the luggage. The road in front of the hotel was a narrow 2-way, so we had some difficulty unloading.
