There is a gap about one centimeter wide and twenty centimeters deep between the bathtub and the floor. There is a lot of hair in centimeters. The cups used for washing are disposable paper cups. The wall of the toilet part of the bathroom is a lot of small convex mirrors? The composition is a bit dense, and the eyes are dazzled. There is also a problem with the lighting setting. When looking in the mirror, the light is far away and there is no light on the side of the mirror, making it difficult to see the face clearly šš. And then there's something like a kitchenette? There are two towels that have not been disposed of, and they are still wet. I don't know if I forgot or said that there is no cleaning. No matter how the air conditioner is adjusted, it blows towards the bed. The waiters don't speak English very well, but they are very enthusiastic and work hard.

I chose this place as I was coming from Busan by boat and attending sumo tournament the same day, and the location proved to be very handy. Staff was nice and provided plenty of information when asked. The place itself is nothing short of a business hotel although the price was much lower than average. The room was pretty large and I even had an actual bath (albeit not large) in the bathroom. The breakfast looked gorgeous on pictures but when next morning came it was just an okay buffet with a small main dish. The only actual downside is that it's far from the other main attractions and buses in Fukuoka were pretty expensive. I think I'd like to return there the next time I come by ferry as the value for money is huge and the location so convenient in that regard.

Unprofessional Staffs managing the place are rude and unprofessional. Gave us the wrong Check-In Code that canāt even access the guestās information for pre-check-in procedures! After entering numerous times, it came out āData Not Foundā ! Totally incompetent and inefficient when I called them, they couldnāt even figure out whatās wrong!!! Wasted my time! Do not use this place! Terrible management staffs with no customer service experience whatsoever! Also, without informing us in advance, they violated our privacy by budging into our room early in the morning! Without ringing our bell, they proceeded to unlock our door! Pretending to repair the room! How ridiculous and rude! The most unpleasant and disgustingly obnoxious management! Do not use this place. Itās horrid!

There was a female dormitory and I was relieved. There was a card key at the entrance. The sleeping room used the space which was 2 steps. It had a small lighting, a outlet, and a simple keyed safe. It seemed that the lock was locked in two ways: the method of pressing the button (number) and the key, but there was no way to lock the button anywhere, so I didn't know how to use it, and I used only the person who turned the key. There were 2 toilets and 2 shower rooms. Overall it was very clean and very good! The receptionist was very impressed. I wanted to use it again!

There was an event in Manmesse Fukuoka, so we used it for ļ¼ nights. It is within walking distance from kimono town and Nakasu Kawabata. ļ¼ There is also a bus to the Marine Messe. The room is a standard double room. There is a washbasin as soon as you enter the room. The room amenities are shampoo conditioner body soap. Other necessary amenities can be selected on the first floor. There is no bathtub, only a shower booth, but it is easy to use because the location of the shower can be moved. There is a USB charging port around the bed, so there is enough gadget charging. The bed was large ć
in a double bed. Because it is a new hotel, the building is beautiful and it smelled good every time I returned to the hotel! There are also famous hotels around convenience stores and chocolates, so it was a hotel that I wanted to stay more than ļ¼ nights.

Everything was greattttttt! The room was spectacular and the amenities were mind-blowing. I will definitely come back here if I ever come to Fukuoka. Itās not too far from Hakata Station (main / central station) which has so much to offer - more like a plaza to me. Only 700 meters away. The staff speak good English. I really really recommend this hotel. Everything just ticked all the boxes.

Iām a frequent guest at Millennial Kyoto and couldnāt be more delighted to hear that they open a new hotel in Fukuoka. Millennials Fukuoka is in a strategic location close to restaurants, mini marts, and lots of stuff going on in the Area. Itās sparkling clean and well run. Their staff, especially Faith are extremely helpful. I had a great stay and would love to return when Iām back in Fukuoka.

Lovely place, can be found with Google maps. I'd advise calling the hotel for directions as it's easy to miss if you're not looking out. Great hotel service, always ready to help even when they don't understand what you're saying. I don't speak Japanese, so being able to get all I needed without bending over backward was great. They also offer nice breakfast buffet, and light dinner. I'd definitely return to the same hotel. It's also a nice location for self tours, easy shrine trails, museums, parks, markets, and other fun sites. Also very near to the subway, so there was no need to book a taxi.

Pretty much your standard clean and efficient Japanese hotel with professional customer service and spacious rooms. I stayed in the renovated tower which was modern and with all the basic amenities. Hotel is conveniently located in front of a major bus stop which you can take to the main attraction areas if you don't feel like walking (15-20min) There is a nice restaurant and bar in the lobby which serves delicious Japanese style hamburger steaks, ate there 2x during my stay. There are also many food options ranging from gourmet pizza to local hole in the wall ramen shops around the hotel.

GGuest UserMy husband and I enjoyed our final stay at this hotel to wrap up our Kyushu long vacation. The front desk staff ** gave me a bad impression of this trip. We were the only couples at the check in counter during that time (around 12:30pm). She saw us but keep working on the computer. We just waited until she completed her work. After a while, she said ācheck in time at 3pmā, I was well noted about this hotel policy but I just want to store our luggage so we can go out. She asked for our passport, inputted some data into the computer and she returned the passport to us without saying a single word. After a while, she headed up and showed her annoyed face and said again ācheck in at 3pmā then she point to the storage room on the left . Her attitude was the worst I have ever seen across Japan. This was a really great hotel but I would suggest the hotel group should well-train their staff with a more professional manner. She was working at the front desk which meant she was representing the hotel to give the first impression to the traveler. SHE DID A BAD JOB.

TTo Eat and To TravelRoom is clean, not huge but sufficient size. Great service, as I forgot my toiletry bag in Tokyo before arriving in Fukuoka and the front desk lady was able to call the Tokyo hotel and have them locate and secure the bag for me to pick up later. Offers welcome soba (21:00-23:00) and welcome drink (15:00-23:00). Also has a a Photo Booth to take welcome photos (picture quality is not great so more for fun) and a Gacha machine to dispense welcome gifts for kids. The lobby area has a huge long desk with many seatings, as well as a nice little library.

GGuest UserI was attracted to the good location of 2 stations by subway airport line from Fukuoka Airport to Hakata Station and about 2 minutes walk from subway Hakata Station to the hotel. This time, I wanted to go to Shimonoseki, Ogura and Yamaguchi Prefecture based in Hakata, so I had a comfortable stay. The amenities were a style that took you from the corner in front of the front desk to the room for as much as you needed, and I felt that it was a good attempt from the viewpoint of environmental protection. I want to stay again. Thank you.

AAmirahGion stn exit 2. No escalator or lift at that exit. This is an unmanned hotel. Self service check in and check out using tablets. Had trouble checking in because could not find my reservation even after trying a few times. Called the operator using the link in the tablet and he helped resolved immediately.
1 laundry machine located next to the entrance. Free coffee from 7am to 8pm. Free breakfast too. Free towel and toileteries. Only 1 lift but I never had to wait long. No room cleaning service even if stay more than 1 night but can return and replace towel. I stayed 7 nights and got nothing to complain except the bidet in toilet not functioning.

PPgcresRoom size for a 3 Bedder room is still alright for us. There are lots of restaurants around the hotel. If you get to the hotel via Exit 6 from Tenjinminami Station, there is no escalator or lift and takes about 8 minutes from the exit. There is a lift from the station opposite of exit 6 though (near Diamaru) which we used when we left the hotel to go to airport.

PPareena NinaThe room is really small like normal typical Japanese hotel rooms. We could fit 3 adults and 2 children with 3 big suitcases in this room but no space left to walk. No amenities in room, had to pick up in the lobby before coming up to the room.
Lounge with coffee station is on 3rd floor. Ice maker and coin laundry are there too which is a plus for this hotel.
Breakfast is a choice of set Japanese breakfast in another restaurant outside the hotel which I personally think that we rather go for breakfast somewhere else. There are many restaurants and malls around the hotel with better choices of food.
The location is wonderful, near subway stations and bus stations.

WWaiThe hotel is relatively new and cater to business travellers and tour groups. It is clean and check-in was a breeze. The beds were super comfortable. But i I have 2 complaints: Parking is expensive at Ā„1,700 per night, and the rooms were very small, when we open our luggage we have to āovercomeā obstacles to mover around the room
