Pros: near JR station around 7 minutes’ walking distance. Separate toilet, shower and washing area with sufficient space. Clean and tidy, make up room every day (now many Japan hotels only do this every 3 days), self check in/check out counter very easy and quick. Cons: no kettle, no cups provided, you have to go to reception area to get paper cups. Nowhere to put clothes in/outside the shower. Overall, good value for money.

Functional fuss-free hotel close to the JR Hakata Station. Plenty of food options around, accessible to Canal City, Hakasu and Tenjin shopping/food district. Nearby to popular tourist sights and many convenience stores around for daily amenities.

The location is convenient and is close to Hakata station and Canal City. Their self check-in counters streamlined and made the self check-in process more efficient. The staff were also helpful regarding parking. The breakfast included in the package was surprisingly tasty. The only downside of the hotel is the room we booked was smaller than expected; there was barely any space for luggage. The overall experience was good.

The comforter is too thick. It is too hot when u cover but too cold if u do not cover! The pillow is too hard for my liking too. 10mins +++ from Kakata station. By walking is ok. But it will be very challenging if carrying luggage because of the uneven ground surface. A nearer hotel will be much better.

Staff can speak well English with a very nice and service-minded attitude. It's a smart hotel, you actually can go check in/out by yourselves. Breakfast is a burger in Japanese taste which is so good! Recommended!

Everything is done by a machine so there is no service. Had the breakfast and a rice burger isn’t in my likes. Great location and it’s a new hotel and spotless I thought it overpriced for what they offered. Good luck to them if they can get so much

Hotel is nearby the hakata JR where just takes a few minutes walk and accessible to several tourist spots or taking bus of nearby to many places. Many famous restaurants around and 24hr convenient stores. Hotel provides free bottles of water and some basic guest amenities at the reception. There is also providing free breakfast (burger) and self laundry service at a reasonable cost. Overall speaking, the hotel is quite nice and value for money.

1) I lived this hotel for more than a week. I found 1 day missing the big towels and 2 small towels in a “cleaned” room. The cleaner only put in 1 more dirty small towel in my room table. I need to go down to the reception and ask for cleaner to tidy up again. 2) Dirt on blanket found in a cleaned room. 3) Every guest entitle got a bottle of water everyday, you need to ask them everyday from the the reception. 4) No internal phone number and phone an each room. If you need to ask for help, you need to go down to the reception or use the phone besides the lift.

It is a high CP value hotel with good location. Only point to be improved is the cleanliness part.

Hotel is quite convenient and close to Hakata station. Self check in is easily and has luggage room without charge. No bathtub

Very good location closed to Hakata station, Canal City and surrounded by local restaurants and various convenience stores. Smart hotel with fast and smart checkin-out process and the staff is very helpful. Provided with breakfast which you can choose from 5 rice burger or sandwich menus. The facility is good and very new.
