Helpful staff. Close to subway station with less than 5min walk. Hygiene is reasonable though a bit dust at some corners of the room. The shower was leaky and the hair dryer was not functioning well though. They changed to new hair dryer quickly. English communication is limited but with Google translate it's totally fine.
Room and facilities look new and overall quite good. Room is more spacious than usual Japanese standard tiny room.

The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable.
The TV and desk are large and easy to work in.
It's also nice that there is a machine to make capsule coffee and tea.
The staff are very friendly.
It's nice that you can check the availability of the coin laundry and the remaining time from your room.
Breakfast is a bit disappointing.
There was fries only on two of the six nights we stayed, which was good.

I had business in Fukuoka and stayed here.
I was just there to sleep, so I was looking for a place with good value for money and convenience.
The hotel was close to the station, very clean, and comfortable.

Wow... Everything was really perfect.
I was going with a friend, so I looked for a place with twin beds and made a reservation here.
It was so spacious that I could see the floor even with 3 suitcases open.
It was the most spacious and comfortable accommodation I've ever stayed in in Japan!!
The location is just a short walk from Tenjin.. The location is really amazingㅜㅜ
But it's not a noisy neighborhood, and it's a reasonably quiet place, and the subway is right in front... It's a place that only makes me look up to my standards..
