Hotel location is good but the laundry area and the smoking area is next to each other.

The hotel is at a very convenient location. It is nice and clean despite being a little small. The front desk staff were polite and helpful. Value for money and we would recommend it .

Very cheap. Clean. 5 min walk from the station. 5 convenience stores nearby. Cleanser provided. Vending machines on each floor.

The location is very near from Hakata station, you can access to the airport by 10 mins by subway. Cleanliness is moderate but enough for comfort. Full of amenities, slipper, toothbrush, shaver, face wash and even lotion. Teas and coffees almost unlimited. There's laundry but you have to walk out the building.

I recommend this hotel for couple or solo traveler. It provided toner,body lotion which made me surprised.

Love the hotel location which is very near to Hakata Station. You can hop in and to any place in Fukuoka. Japanese style Breakfast is good. To store your luggage before check in will need to pay for a fee
