I reserved late so the price was expensive than usual. The room was ok. It is a new hotel but I saw many dust in the shower tub. The bed sheet was old. I ask the staff to change it. It was better. But I think the process of laundry in the hotel is dirty than other hotels. But the hotel is new so I was still ok

Hotel is conveniently located near to train station and it’s near to famous Shin Shin Ramen which we were lucky to eat when the queue wasn’t too long!

Very good location but the facilities are not enough and user unfriendly. Close to Shin Shin
No bottle water, no coffee supply, lack of storage area in room. No useful wardrobe and shelf. You must put everything on bed and on floor.
Breakfast is not good. Coffee is poor.

Location was very good. It was good to go to subway station within 3min. Room condition was also very good and clean. I’ll visit this hotel when I come to Fukuoka again.

Good location, good service. Basic amenities only. Manga books are available to borrow, a plus for manga enthusiasts.

We booked the biggest room (universal room), not knowing that it is wheelchair accessible room. Bottled water not provided, and they implement eco friendly housekeeping, which means they only empty trash and replace towels. Location is near one of the exits of Tenjin subway station, considered good.

pros: value for money, good design bath tub, with complete supply of amenities
cons: high step at the bath room, easily tripped, quite hidden from main road, near by no super market
