terrible experience in this place, we booked a quadroplet room or two double deck room but they gave us a one double decked room, and i call the hotel about the issue and they said that they don't have that type of room,but before we checked in, we called first and make it sure that it's a quadroplet room, and the staff on the line said that it's quadroplet, or two double decked room, but when we got there, it's just one double decked room
and the staff on the phone is so rude, saying that it's not their fault , but on their site the picture of the room is two double decked room, so we stayed there for one night because we already paid it. When we were about to leave our room, we saw an open room with two double decked, exactly the room we saw on the picture. So i don't recommend this property, especially the rudeness of the staff ,we stayed at room 308 room 301 has two double decked bed

It is a self serviced hotel. The location and scenery are great. Room is spacious for five people, but it could be quite noisy as the door and the wall are thin that we could hear the noise from the corridor outside.

The location is very good, convenient for shopping, there are duty-free shops and many restaurants nearby. The scenery is beautiful, facing the beautiful river. The bed is comfortable and the hot water for the shower is sufficient. I will stay here again next time I go to Fukuoka. However, it will be difficult to find it when I arrive for the first time, and there is no front desk staff. Because the upper and lower floors are restaurants, I initially thought that the full-seat building is also a restaurant, but It turns out that one of the floors is housing, so it takes some time to find it, but overall it's very good.

Very dusty, no ventilation. Very good bathroom. No reception. You have to check in online using a tablet, but they don't speak English very well. There's really nothing to see except the view. Totally not recommended.

Advantages
It was nice to have plenty of towels during my 2-night stay.
For those who arrive early, luggage storage service is recommended.
