The hotel was irresponsible and security was lacking. Our room was next to the terrace garden, which should not have been accessible as a common area. As there was construction, the garden could not be used during our stay due to safety issues. However, the hotel did not ensure the access door to the garden was locked. On the first night, other guests entered the garden at midnight to chat and smoke until 4am. When we asked the hotel for help, they claimed not to have seen anyone. They also did not address why the door did not lock or put up notices stating the garden was a private area. We requested an investigation and for the door to be locked the next day, allowing staff into our room for this. However, the hotel made excuses to have us close it ourselves, which we felt was irresponsible. They also promised a response but despite checking multiple times during our stay, I received nothing by checkout a week later. Please ensure proper safety and security measures are in place, even if the hotel is unmanned. Guests should not feel unsafe in their rooms or common areas.

Very Good

We loved the location that many choices of restaurants/cafes and shopping could reach by walk. The washing machine is very useful so we don't need bring many clothes. It take 2-3 hours to finish the laundry. The room was too small for 4 people and we couldn't upgrade. It was difficult to chat with the tablet in the room, hard to type latin word, but agent trip.com were very helpful to manage our needs.

During my trip to Fukuoka, I booked a Daimyo room to go to a lot of cafes/editing shops, but I know that accommodations in Japan are small, but it was just too small. The room is small, but the bathroom itself is a shock. It's difficult for a small person to stand and take a shower, and the drainage doesn't work well. I lasted for 3 days. The check-in system is very inconvenient and the rooms are not cleaned even if you stay multiple nights. The quality of amenities such as towels is not good because you can use as many as you need. After check-out, you have to go to 7 and leave your luggage yourself. Except for the emotional accommodation and location, there were a lot of things that were disappointing. I recommend going to a hotel in a similar price range.

Amazing

It's a bit far from Fukuoka Airport and it's hard to transfer, so I took a taxi right in front of the accommodation. The commute was a bit congested, so I think it took about 30 minutes!! The price was about 2,600 yen, and it's very close to Daimyo Street, and there are Family Mart and Lawson, and if you walk a little further, there's Seven!! There are a lot of restaurants nearby, and it's not noisy at all. The bunk bed is great. The bed is really soft, but the pillows are a bit disappointing, but it's cool and I had a good night's sleep! The accommodation was completely clean, but it was a pity that the toothpaste was too weak. As of today, there was cleansing oil, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. They also provide a toothbrush, but it is recommended to bring your own toothbrush tool. It is close to Tenjin, so if you are only playing in Hakata, go to Hakata and then play in Tenjin. It was a fun route, so we were very satisfied!! I really want to go again. The accommodation is great value for money!!

It was clean and nice. The soundproofing seemed to be louder from the hallway outside the door rather than from each room. Also, the Wi-Fi tends to drop out little by little, so it would be good to keep this in mind!

Outstanding

The location is near Tenjin subway station, and it's near a downtown area, so it's great for walking around. The facilities are good, but since it is an unmanned hotel, check-in is done through a tablet, but you may not be able to hear well (the tablet can speak Korean). When calling the reception, the languages available are Japanese and English, but not Korean. Still, you are kind to me. It was nice that the hotel room was clean and had plenty of towels. I was very satisfied and I plan to book this hotel next time as well.
