Everything was good. Amenities buffet was fantastic. Coffee packs & assorted teas all good. Lobby a bit small though.

Its location is great, with just a few blocks of streets from Hakata Eki. It provides washing machines and dryers for laundry.
Yet, the room is very tiny and we find no spaces to place and open up our two pieces (one big and one small) of baggage.
Besides, there is no sill, leaving a big gap between the floor carpet and the door, and the dust or even bugs, if any, could come into the room easily from the lift lobby.
If two or more tourists guidebooks of the same language about the scenic spots or local attractions in the neighbouring towns or cities with in*fo of transportation could be placed in the reception lobby, it will help guests plan their journeys during the days of stays in the hotel.
Furthermore, room cleaning service should be provided on as early as the third day if the guests like us stay three nights or more.

The location is very convenient and near to the train station. There are many eateries around. There is also a convenience store located nearby.

It's not the best, but it's definitely not the worst. I got a connecting twin room for a good price. For a family, when there are 2 bathrooms, it is so helpful. No more waiting for the bathroom. The toilet and bathroom separates, so it's another plus point.
What i don't really like is the path back to the hotel. Have to go through a dark alley. I come during mid Nov, so the night starts early. Nearing 5pm, the sky turns dark, so if I go back after 7 pm, it is quite dark. The area seems ok, i don't find it threatening or scary, but it's dark.
It was a rushing trip so I didn't take much pictures. I feel it's budget friendly and good to stay if you want an affordable and near hakata station hotel.

Housekeeping only done every 3 days and you need to place the used towels outside the room for exchanging new towels. Also need to pack your own rubbish too.

Location was great! Just 5 mins from the Hakata Station. Lawson and Family Mart across the street. A lot of wonderful restaurants in the area a fews mins walk away. Hotel amenities are available for free! Pajamas provided as well! The best was the service. My companion lost his fone at the taxi and we asked the reception for help and guidance and we were able to get clear instructions! The receptionist (Park) was very commendable and helpful. We felt really taken cared of because of his help. Will definitely book again!
