I was disappointed. It's very overpriced for what you get. The single elevator is absolutely ridiculous.

Room is small but clean. They change the towels and empty the garbage every day but only clean the room if you request it the night before. It is located about 35 minutes from the train station if you walk or about 15 minutes away if you take the subway. Convenience stores and a small supermarket are nearby as well as a variety of restaurants. The only inconvenience is that there is only one elevator and with most people checking out at 10 am, you may have to wait a while to use it.

It was a pleasant stay. Warmest welcome by the Front Manager whom I can’t remember how to spell his name. He was very slim and extremely polite. Soft spoken. Very Professional gentleman. Impeccable service. He actually cares about my medical condition.

6-7 minutes from subway - Nakasu Kawabata station. Room is clean enough. Check out is pretty easy; just drop key into the key box put on in the elevator.

Good points:
Typical small Japanese hotel, on check in floor you can get your amenities by yourself, and there is a microwave for you to re-heat food.
Bad points:
Only 1 small lift in which you need to wait for long time.
Wall too thin that you can hear neighours' talking and people walking in corridor.
