Checking in and out was easy and efficient, location is good Close to Tenjin shopping area. The bed is a little bit hard but it was ok. The mirror is in the way not easy to use. Anyway I enjoyed the stay.

The main drawback is that there was no way to open the window in the room, even slightly. it feels like a prison. the staff was generally not very friendly (but most staff could speak english). else nothing special

I always stay at Livemax in various regions. The facilities and location are good everywhere, so it's convenient and cheap to stay. They also have amenities that other cheap hotels don't have, such as a microwave and air purifier, which is convenient. I was satisfied this time as well. The only thing that bothered me was that there was a stain on the edge of the sheets and a small old stain on the floor.
