The best thing is that the surrounding area is not crowded. It's quiet and everything is nearby. There is a super cheap supermarket, Don Quijote, Sushiro, and Yume Town a little further away. The hotel's facilities are a bit old, but if you're looking for a budget-friendly hotel that's not crowded, this is the best. There is a subway 5 minutes away, so access to the city is easy.

서비스나 조식등 맘에듭니다. 다만 객실내 화장실이 좁고 시설이 노후화되었네요. 객실 창문도 열렸으면 하는게 열리지 않아요. 억지로 열어봤는데 힘드네요. 그외는 대체로 만족합니다.

저는 해외여행과 일본은 1-2달에 꼭 한 번씩은 일이나 여행으로 가야하는 일이 많아서 일본을 자주 다니는데요 후쿠오카도 이번이 세 번째 방문입니다. 우선 예약 당시에는 객실을 체크인시 랜덤 배정이라는것은 알고 있었지만 체크인 하기 전에 짐을 맡기고 어머니가 허리가 많이 안좋으셔서 침대가 많은 방으로 부탁을 드리고 밥먹고 16:00시에 다시 체크인하려고 왔는데 이상한 다다미 방으로 주길래 바꿔달라고 요청을 했습니다. 참고로 냄새도 굉장히 꾸린내가 나고 이불도 ㄹㅇ샛노란게 진짜 충격먹었습니다ㅋㅋㅋㅋ아니 뭔 리뷰1점짜리 호텔 방문하는 컨텐츠도 아니고ㅋㅋㅋ일단 호텔 카드키가 아니라는거에 좀 놀랬고 ( 중국에 후지고 싼 호텔도 카드키였어서 일본 후쿠오카가 열쇠라고는 상상도 못했음) 근데 카드키가 아니라는것까지는ㅇㅋ 괜찮은데 화장실이 없습니다ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 호텔 예약할때 화장실이 없다라는 말도 진짜 자세히 상세페이지 내가 찾고 뒤져야 대중 공용 목욕탕이 있다고 나옵니다ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 누가 호텔 예약할때 화장실이 있는지 없는지 상정하고 찾아요ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 아! 여긴 화장실이 있을까? 없을까? 꼼꼼히 봐야지!! 하면서 누가 찾음ㅋㅋㅋㅋ호텔 한 100곳 정도는 방문해 봤지만 화장실이 없는 호텔은 처음이었음 그나마 게스트 하우스나 넷카페 혹은 사우나 이런곳은 당연히 없어도 이해가 가지만 여긴 당당하게 리센트 호텔이라고 적어놓고 시설과 낙후된 환경은 게스트하우스보다 못합니다ㅋㅋㅋㅋ여러분들 여기 화장실 없습니다!!!! 꼭 참고하세요!!!!! 엄마랑 내가 많이 불편해하고 하다못해 침대가 있는 방으로 바꿔달라고 요청했는데 남자 직원이 ㅈㄴ싸가지 없이 당당하게 없다고 안된다고 얘기하길래 하룻밤만 자고 나머지

福岡ドームコンサートの際、2泊利用させて頂きました。
羽田を夜出て、空港を出たのが22時半過ぎ。
チェックインが23時までとの記載でしたので、ホテルに電話したら24時までOK、その後でしたら通用口が。。と丁寧にご案内頂きました。
立地は福岡空港から電車で15〜20分くらい（乗り換え1回あり）、PayPayドームからも大体同じくらいです。
箱崎宮前駅3番出口から徒歩3分くらいですが、
地上行きエレベーターだと4番出口で、大分遠回りです。
（しかも街灯少なく真っ暗で結構怖かったです）
駅周辺にコンビニ（スーパーも）は皆無です。
朝食等用意が必要なら、最寄駅に辿り着く前に購入をお勧めします。（隣にマクドナルドがあるので、朝マック出来ます！）
部屋とベッドは割と広めで、1人には十分でした。
室内エアコンを切っても館内暖房？がキツく暑かったのですが、加湿器（空気清浄機）があり快適でした。
部屋にももちろん浴槽は付いていますが、大浴場があり
すぐに入れたのでとても良かったです。
（シャワー・カラン）は4つ、浴槽は4.5人でいっぱいの大きさです。脱衣所も狭いので、混んでる時間帯だと不便かもしれませんが、2日間とも23時過ぎに利用したので
スムーズでした。
アメニティ、飲み物サービス（コーヒー、紅茶、緑茶・水）のサービスも十分で申し分ありません。
フロントの方もとても丁寧で感じの良い対応を頂きました。また機会があったら、ぜひ利用させて頂きたいです。

朝食は豊富なメニューで美味しく頂きました。大浴場の湯船のお湯がぬるかったのでもう少し熱かったらもっと良かったです。全体的には満足です。
