Tokyu Stay Hakata is located around 5-10mins walk from the Hakata Station, making it in a convenient location. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The room is also of a decent size for Japan’s standard. The service at the reception is also very good and they can communicate very well in english and helpful.
No drinking water was provided in the room and apparently you can drink from the tap if you are ok with that. There is a Family Mart nearby anyway, if you want to get bottled drinking water. The main problem we had was that there is a train track next to it, so everytime the train passed by, there’s the noise. Definitely going to be an issue for light sleepers. The train is from 5am-midnight. They can provide ear plug when requested.
The breakfast was very basic and the same for the 2 days we were there.

10-12 mins walk from Hakata station in a straight line, keep a look out at building rooftop to spot Tokyu Hakata Stay. Has ice and coffee vending machine at Lobby and 3 convenience stores a stone's throw away. Washing machine with dryer and UVC sterilising was a bonus!

I had a fantastic stay at Tokyu Stay Hakata! The hotel is conveniently located near Hakata Station and just a short distance from the international airport, making it incredibly accessible for travellers. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile.
The room was spacious by Japanese standards, very clean, and well-maintained. One of the highlights was the inclusion of a washing machine in the room, which was so convenient for longer stays. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fukuoka!

When booking, note that it's about a 10-minute walk from the station, which could take longer with luggage or in groups. It's located next to train tracks, so some noise may be heard, but it’s manageable for most guests.
Booked two rooms but found a little roach in one of the rooms :(

The staff was incredibly attentive, always ready to assist with a warm smile, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities that enhanced our comfort.
Just an 8-minute walk from the massive Hakata Station with so many restaurants and shops to choose from.
