Great stay for families. We had a good sleep, hotel
Is a bit dated but it’s clean and spacious. Balcony view is stunning. They offer free drinks at lounge, baked marshmallows and fireworks. Kids are happy and had fun.

Excellent hotel, great service, super large room, included rroom service breakfast, very close to aeon mall, excellent view too.
Yes it is a little far from city center, but it got free parking, will definitely stay here again

While understanding what we were having with the price level, hotel manager was super inflexible with the knocking and urging every 5min when we were having issues coming back to the hotel room with an elderly taxi driver for clearing the luggages in the room with daddy, and the situation well explained and shown to him.
We were charged for 20% extra for the less than an hour of late check out, but we were deeply annoyed and disappointed.
Hotel should seriously consider in restructuring its management for the whole thing is never heard of anywhere else in the world with reasonable hospitality.

Location is a bit far from city but can enjoy the harbor side and shopping at outlet. Service is excellent and staff are super nice.
