Neo Field Nakasu

Stayed in the 101 double room, the room was very small, there was no room service, there was only one charger at the bedside, there were no tables and chairs or bathtubs in the room, and the garbage had to be sorted and packed by yourself. I also had two sets of towels for one day and two sets of towels for 10 days. When asked how to change them, they said they washed them in the washing machine in the room. When asked how to dry them, they said they would dry them naturally or go to a laundry three kilometers away to wash and dry them. When asked where to get the toilet paper after use, they said they would buy it themselves. I was really speechless. Otherwise, you might as well give me a rough room and let me decorate it myself. There was only one small window in the room, which could not be opened, which meant that I had to turn on the lights during the day, as well as the air conditioner, exhaust fan and purifier. If I didn't turn them on, I would smell a stuffy and damp smell when I came back from the door. There were also bugs in the room, one was a beetle, and the other was a stink bug. The double room was right next to the entrance, and there was no front desk when I opened the door. I thought it would be noisy and asked to change to another room, but they said there was only one double room in the entire hotel and it couldn't be returned or exchanged. Sure enough, people kept checking in after 9pm, and there were people talking in the corridor, which was both uneasy and noisy. Check out at 10am, no luggage storage. This is the worst hotel I've stayed in in 16 years. I came here because of the good location and the new building, but it's better to stay near Hakata Station, which has convenient transportation. The room is also over 700 and there is no service. I have never come across such a hotel before, it's terrible.

It's quiet even when I sleep~~ There's a big TV, and if you turn on the air conditioner, it cools down quickly I can't believe I got such a spacious room at this price.....🩷 I'm going to come here again!
