Budget friendly and efficient option. Close to shopping malls and eateries! Room is small but cosy.

Croom hotel is a SUPERB 👍🏼hotel! The receptionists were accommodating and helpful, and the room itself was warm and cozy. All of the facilities in the room were kept very clean too. EXTREMELY good locations surrounded with cafe/24hr Aeo supermarket/convinient store/ few minutes walks to Kushida shrine/Canal city mall and many more! We will definitely will stay in this hotel again : ) Miss市𡞴Itchisobo San is so helpful and friendly 👍🏼

Conveniently located next to Kushida Shrine and Hakata Canals. Clean and big enough for 1 pax!

Booked the room for solo use but the bed can fit 2 adult. Very spacious room. Love that there’s a washing machine in the room, so that I do not need to leave the room to do my laundry. Bathroom was the typical Japanese size, different from the other room type. Hardly use it as there’s a public bath on the ground floor.

hotel staff are nice and helpful. We accidentally left a bag of groceries at the department store, and we only found out after three days. Hotel staff helped us to call all the places we went and eventually we got our groceries bag. Really appreciate their help so much

Clean hotel room and close to subway station. The hotel equipped with adequate amenities and a public bath for use.

Staff are nice, but cleaning room suggested to be once per each day , instead of once per every two days

The room was a tiny bit small for three people but the location is prime. Just opposite of canal city and 10 mins walk to the Nakasu street!

We stayed here for 2 nights and were pleasantly surprised. The room was of a good size for Japan. One should not compare the room size in America or Europe. The beds were comfortable. The public bath was nice after a day's sightseeing. The location is excellent, 15 mins walk from JR Hakata Station and Bus Terminus. 5 Minutes walk from Canal City and many eateries in the surrounding area. The only thing I wanted to comment on was that they could have provided more towels in the room. I will definitely stay here again if the price was right.

Location is a bit out from the main train station but near to kushida shrine. Bad point is check in is on 2nd level and needs to go in from side. Room was clean and big.
