Excellent hotel with hot spring facilities at the foot of Mount Tianshan. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our white Xmas stay at the wujiang resort and it is only 10 mins walk to the tourist centre for the stunning tianchi and bodega peak of the tianshan range. The only drawback is the limited food choices available in the area. There are not many tourists due to the low tourism season but we are definitely not complaining about it at all. :)

酒店位置好，去天山天池景區方便。不是新酒店了，主樓的房間空調噪音有點大。主打温泉，有室內、室外温泉、獨立泡池套房。早餐還可以，水果種類豐富。

酒店位置不錯，就在天池遊客中心門口。酒店挺大，但停車位緊張。員工服務理念建議酒店加強學習，大堂門口迎賓屬於形同虛設，人機一樣，要賓客主動去問。房間衞生一般桌子上一層土，而且備品毛巾居然沒有，百思不得其解？

酒店距離天山天池確實近，這個是加分項。也有以下幾點問題，設施有些老舊，到了重裝的階段了。温泉水質不好，很臟，浴巾到處亂搭亂掛。酒店早餐跟酒店檔次不匹配，唯一口味好的就是煮拉麪。最重要的是服務，可以説酒店基本沒有服務，也許是過於繁忙導致服務人員有些情緒，也許是周邊僅此一家温泉酒店，但是每一位顧客都是無辜的，也總會有競爭對手的出現。希望酒店管理人員重視此問題。

酒店看起來有些年頭，房間的傢俱不新，但是洗漱用品很齊全，很新。前台的接待服務都很好有問必答有求必應，還非常善解人意。比如我喊了外賣，我當時在吃早餐沒在房間，前台發現裏面有雪糕，便主動幫我送到房間冰箱裏，太貼心了。

玩過江布拉克，想着晚上大人泡湯，孩子玩水上樂園放鬆一下，結果温泉特色體驗感極差！室內小童戲水池全是冷水，除了一個帶滑梯的池子，其他池子無人遊玩，因為又冷又不好玩！孩子大寫的失望！酒店為了節約成本，室外温泉池衹開了部分，多數水池水温還偏低，導致每個温泉池人都多得下餃子，大家都在罵！看中的温泉和水上樂園特色不僅沒有放鬆休閑，玩不好反而加重疲勞，生一肚子氣！孩子還需要補票79入內遊玩！放水手機袋55元一個，泳帽20元一個！一個虛假宣傳，搞錢至上，完全不重視住客體驗的酒店，避雷！唯二優點：房間環境好，離天池近，停車位多。
