Overall is good. Hotel is clean. Room size is good. Fujiyama onsen and fuji q are also very good.
I feel the staff service mind in dinner meal (fujiyama terrace) is not quite good. On the first day, he asked me to sit at the innermost table even though the restaurant was almost empty, and he didn’t allow me to change tables. He also said, “You have 90 minutes to dine.” There are not much guests in the restaurant during my meal time. Food is average and may not worth the price.

I stayed at Highland Resort Hotel & Spa and had an amazing experience! My room came with a stunning Mount Fuji view — it honestly felt like a dream waking up to that sight every morning. 🌄
The staff were all so friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the onsen was super relaxing after a long day. The breakfast buffet had so many delicious options too!
The location is perfect — just beside Fuji-Q Highland and surrounded by beautiful scenery. Everything about this hotel made my stay unforgettable. I’ll definitely come back again! ❤️

Hotel is just next to the theme park, very convenient. From the hotel, can see Mt Fuji too. However, the hot spring is not just free for hotel guest but also to the public for a fee. Thus, it can be quite crowded.

The executive floor room was spacious and comfortable. Varied and good buffets. Great views on Mt. Fuji. Excellent location if visiting the amusement park. You can walk through the park to the hotel from Fujikyu Highland rail station with free admission ticket when staying at the Resort. Good large onsen bathing.

Very good local hotel brand. English speaking staff. Many local families come here for short staycation and theme park. Every room has a nice window facing view of Mt Fuji.

Hotel is the Perfect gateway to the Fuji Q highland theme park, as it allows early access, which you can finish 2 rides before the park officially open. Even not going for the themepark, the place also provide good onsen spa. It is also near shopping and food places. The breakfast is also has a wide variety and delicious.

Travelled by express bus from Tokyo, super convenient as bus stop is in the hotel car park. Friendly front staff who spoke English, quick check in process, super nice location with a cute street with shops adjacent. Breakfast was standard, fantastic view of Fuji from restaurant and room. Nice Italian restaurant on ground floor, open long hours. Room was comfortable and had everything needed. If you enjoy roller coasters, then the Fuji-Q park will be a good visit. Free shuttle to the village with the lakes and cable car to view Mt Fuji, although it’s a short 30 minute walk. Very enjoyable one night stay.
