This accommodation is nothing short of extraordinary—offering a breathtaking, unobstructed view of Mount Fuji that feels truly priceless. Despite its affordability, the experience rivals that of a luxury retreat.
The house itself is a masterpiece, with exquisite design and meticulous attention to detail in every corner. The decor exudes elegance and warmth, creating a perfect blend of sophistication and comfort. Every amenity has been thoughtfully provided, ensuring a seamless and indulgent stay. Spotlessly clean and impeccably maintained, the space radiates a sense of tranquility that enhances the entire experience.
What truly set this stay apart was the impeccable service. The staff were exceptionally polite, professional, and genuinely attentive. One of the most touching gestures was their heartfelt farewell, standing at the entrance and bidding us goodbye until we were out of sight—a level of hospitality that is rare and deeply appreciated.
My only regret? Staying for just one night. If time allowed, I would have gladly extended my visit for a full week to truly savor the beauty of this place. Without a doubt, this is a destination I will be returning to, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking an unforgettable escape with the most spectacular view of Mount Fuji.

Excellent hotel, the view is very great snd and the room is big and beautiful, the staff is very nice and helpful, the only place can improve is the location that a bit far from train station and bus stop.

Firstly, the service was REALLY GREAT! Staff were very helpful, kind and friendly from the moment we checked in till we checked out. Then, the place really fascinated us~ There were so many amenities provided and you can find almost everything you need for cooking etc. It was also very cosy~ Will definitely come back

The staff are super friendly and helpful.
The villa is clean and big. We booked the one with the theatre view and can clearly see Mt Fuji from our room, the rooftop and hall.
Definitely a good choice if you want to have a good view of Mt Fuji.
There is even a projector in the room

Quite an enjoyable stay at Toki. Intended to have a bbq at rooftop however they charge a very high rental and set up fee.
You can choose to opt out for daily housekeeping in exchange for 2000yen credit to purchase their items at reception. Varieties of item are limited though.

The service provided wasn’t up to standard and we felt that the counter staff weren’t the nicest. however, room was very clean and my family and I had a good stay!
